Technician Robb Putek (COA-8043) of Bug Busterzzz, LLC was very friendly and professional. He explained what he could do to help keep rodents out of my home. He also pointed out potential problem areas, such as gaps in garage door and needing capping of some insulation in the garage. After completion of the job, he showed me what he did to fix openings around wires, etc. I was very impressed with his knowledge and would recommend the company to anyone.

They came back for a second spray to get rid of stink bugs and we were very pleased.

Everything was wonderful. I will be inquiring about a service contract as I have not received one. Other than that, the service was prompt and the technician thorough.

The company sent someone promptly and he was completely professional yet friendly, answering my questions and explaining his plan, methods, and equipment. He was thorough and efficient. I wish I had called the company sooner.

Well I just wish to say that these folks are the real deal called them right up for the first time for a treatment and they came right out on the day that worked best for me and the service from the office to the tech is 5 stars all day fixed the problem that day and has been great since but it's been a month now so time to have them over again very good pricing don't waste your time with the other guys call the bug busters first not last

First application was not effective however I called within three days and they came out at a later date, treated again and this time it worked. Very good customer service. I would use them again.

It's too early to tell any more, they're due back for a follow up next week. Seems a little pricey, as it took less than a couple of hours to meet, walk thru five units and treat. But bugs seem to be under control so far.

They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. They effectively eliminated my mosquito problem. The best recommendation I can give them is to say that I have hired again next year

I contacted BB via internet at 8:15 pm on a week night. At 8:20 pm, 5 minutes later, they called me to discuss my problem. No one in my life time has ever responded so quickly to my inquiry for services. I was amazed. An appointment was made for 9:00 am the next morning and by 9:30 my problem was solved (ants trying to move in with me). These guys are the best. They know their business and more importantly how to treat people. They deserve a lot more than 5 stars. Thank you BB for all your help.

I would highly recommend Bug Busterzzz! We had a yellow jacket ground nest exterminated. They were the least expensive price in the area, they were super professional, very communicative through the whole process, answered all of my questions with a great deal of knowledge and were extremely friendly. I would use them again!

Very happy with the service. Joe, our exterminator, was prompt, and thoroughly explained the treatments and what to expect. We have carpenter ants and chose the 2x a year package. Price very reasonable. Would highly recommend them.
