Established in 2014. We are a husband and wife team with a passion to help people, and to provide affordable services for all. We are focused on bringing a greener approach to the pest control industry and helping to reduce the amount of harmful chemicals used by so many others. We appreciate and respect the earth we were given, and hope to preserve it in turn. Our goal is to become one of the most environmentally friendly pest control companies out there, within the next few years. We love this earth, and the people on it, and we will go above and beyond to make sure our customers are treated as kindly as we treat the earth. Top quality customer service and performance is our top priority. We aim to exceed our clients expectations, while providing affordable options. Ryan was super knowledgeable and he was one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Rhonda, who helped me set up the appointment was also very nice and gave top notch customer service. I am going to call right now and set up a continued service schedule. The first company I called wanted to come and give a quote. I want the pests gone NOW was my thought. My second company was Bug Defender and I am so glad I went with them.

They are very friendly and economical. they give discounts for veterans and seniors. they did a thorough inspection, helped me disarm some electrical traps i had set that had not helped, and Jeffery explained about what would be needed to rat-proof my house. he also did my mom's house. didn't take long. they are great at building confidence and you can be sure you will be taken care of. I talked to Jasmine first and she is the sweetest person ever. you can't go wrong with this locally owned company.

They are professional and discreet, and will answer every question you have! I love that they have come to the Beaumont Golden Triangle Area to help Southeast Texans with their bug problems!
