Rodent Pest Control Service
The first scheduled appointment no one showed. After we called a couple of days later, another appointment was made. They came later than scheduled. They verbally said they would do things they did not do. It was our fault for not getting everything in writing. They said they would supply pictures of work done under the home and they did not. They verbally said they would repair duct work that was damaged by rats and they did not come back to do that. Nor have they called to set up a return visit and it has been several weeks.

Sprayed my new shop & older one it left them with run stain's from what ever was sprayed on it. It won't wash off. Does not look good at all. I am very upset about it. They came to look at it and said maybe the tin has a recall. Built 10 year's apart by another company. Yeah you betcha. Now they won't call me back. I am going to have my lawyer call them next. The cost was 13.000.00 to begin with. ,I'm not letting this go. I expect this to be fixed. The guy must of mixed his stuff pretty strong to do that to a brand new shop. Original company did a great job building it and you destroyed it. I will tell everyone I know NOT to use you. Very unhelpful.

Josh, the technician was right on time for the appointment, he took his time and was very thorough. I haven't seen an ant or spider since. I would highly recommend this company.

Bird and Bat Pest Control Service
I am very happy with the results I have had. I had a problem with bats. The gentleman from Bug E Boyz came very quickly and had my problem taken care of. I will definitely use them in the future for any projects I may have....

I was expecting someone to come back & use the enzxyme that we spoke about to help rid of the smell but noones contacted me yet? I wish they would call. I also thought someone was going to walk the perimiter and give me an estimate on how much it was going to cost to seal up the rodents entrances into the foundation & house?
