Kenny provided honest, helpful and customer centered service! After receiving 3 quotes on rat and raccoon removal in my attic, Bug-It beat the other bids by thousands of $. It's only been a week but I don't hear any critters in my attic, and I'm certainly happy about that!

Ed explained to me in detail about termites and what course of action I would need for my home. So far the service was great. I'll be able to give a better assessment as time goes on.

The representative was very timely, very professional and respectful of the COVID 19 protocols. He came back the next day, performed the work with no distractions to us. He was very neat and efficient. At this point, I have to trust that the termites are eliminated and will not return.
