Ed always comes on time gets right to work. He explains everything he's doing. So far looks like the critters(moles/voles) are gone.

I called on the morning of 7/21/25 and spoke to Ed about an inspection for termites at my home. He said he'd arrive soon. He was prompt, made his inspection and told me his recommendation and what it'd cost. I asked him when he could possibly do it and he said he could do it right now. I told him good, do it. He immediately went to work treating my home and was done in around three hours. He was very thorough, polite, cordial, friendly, personable and answered all my questions. He cleaned up everything and put everything back in it's place. I was happy with him, his work and the price. I highly recommend them. Much better than the big name companies. Steven H.

Had contractors working on a bathroom remodel that had to stop due to termites in the wall. Safe Services can immediately and treated the walls so they could continue without delay. Then treated the entire outside of the house. Price was better than I anticipated. We continue to use them as needed.

Came out within 90 minutes of our first call. Did the WDI inspection and got us the paperwork within another 90 minutes. As professional and courteous as you could ask for. Would definitely hire again. More affordable than the other companies I called as well.

Ed was very helpful. He was able to come the same day and take care of my issue. He was very responsive and respectful during the whole process. Still have some Follow ups to go but I’m sure it’s been resolved. Ed is a man of God and we were even able to share our testimonies so it was a good visit. Thank you guys for your help!

Great customer service. Everything was explained and I knew exactly what was going to be done. They continue to come and make sure that the skunk was gone. Also will check traps periodically to make sure any and all critters are gone. I would refer anyone needed pest control to Safe Services.

The best service I ever had

I hired Bug It after speaking to Ed in Feb 2024. I originally hired them for termites but it was carpenter ants. I extended SVC to include rodents bc of the noise in my walls which Kenny (Rodent Specialist) concluded were rats, not squirrels. Ed seemed very sincere about his business but his expertise was in pest control. He often has to come and fix what his techs didn't do correctly. After several attempts over months to get of the rodents nothing held. Kenny was telling me I needed to remove insulation from my attic so that could increase their chances of getting to them but no guarantees. I was already paying almost $3K for their services and was very unsatisfied w/results & amp; refused to pay more. Eventually, Kenny was fired for fraud. It seemed Ed tried to keep up with the services but he has stopped responding and now the numbers have been disconnected. So now they both are guilty of being fraudulent. You can't just take customers $ and walk away with no consequences. DO NOT HIRE

They won?t answer my texts after paying for a 3 year contract

They are very professional and knowledgeable. They got rid of the termites before it became a big problem. I use them regularly for pest management.

Paid for full pest proofing and even gave them large insulation job. Some kind of animal gained access and died a couple months after job. Kenny/Bug it is now utterly non-responsive after multiple calls and texts.

We paid over $8k for an issue that was never fully resolved. When rodents created a new hole that was covered under warranty, I escalated to Bug-it over 6 weeks ago to get it fixed. They have been out to my house three separate times since then without fixing the hole. We can not sleep at night anymore due to the noise in our attic. Do not give them your money.

I have used them to get rid of flies and fruit bugs and also monthly maintenance and they completely got rid of the fries. Great customer service very professional and knowledgeable.
