Bug-Off Exterminators, Inc.

Kristi has been controlling the pests and insects at my home for several years and I would highly recommend her. She demonstrates professionalism and cares about my concerns.

Kristi comes out every quarter for my pest control. She s punctual and friendly but, more importantly, she does a great job. I m reluctant to jinx myself, but I ve never had an issue...and bugs are my biggest phobia! On the rare occasion that I find one inside...it s always dead. If you re as skeeved by bugs as I am, you need Bug Off!

Matt is always timely with his scheduling and arrives at the time he has indicated. When Iâ  ve had the company over pursuant to a special request, he schedules me promptly. I can count on him! I have recommended Bug Off to family and friends.

Jason and Brian did an incredible job! Jason was thorough and explained the differences with each service they offered as well as the products they would be using & prompt to setting up a time to start the service. Brian was very professional & extremely thorough with finding all of the places that needed to be sealed & treated. Brian made sure that I was aware of everywhere & everything that was being done to complete the job. As well as following up with me to confirm there were no further issues or concerns.

Tim Is very knowledgeable in his work. He is always on time and professional. I am very satisfied with his service. I definite recommend Tim to service your home.

Very professional, both in the estimate process and the actual removal process.

Fast and easy

Paul was the tech that came to my home. He was very informative and took time to answer the additional questions I had. He provided professional customer service and did a great job. The company did a great job working with my schedule due to having a recent death in the family. I would recommend them again and again. Thank you Bug Off.

Kevin was GREAT!!!!, He really listen to what we needed.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Trustworthy, honest, dependable are just a few words that come to mind. Had a nice problem and they came right out and quoted me less than everyone else and have the experience to match! Won’t find a better company in my opinion!

Kevin was tops in customer service and attention to detail. He answered all my questions and responded to my texts for concerns after hours.

Kevin was really good. He knows his bugs! Did a great job!! Really nice guy! He also found termites that we didn't know we had. Termites not good. But glad they were found before they got any worse.

They're great! Very trustworthy. I have no problem leaving the key for them.

The technician that has been servicing our home Bryan has been very flexible with his scheduling us on hours that were convenient to us. When they say they will be here at 12:30 they show up at 12:30

The crew has always been courteous, responsive and very helpful.

I have been using them since 96, over a decade, they are awesome!

I've been doing business with them for years and I refer them to everyone I know. I own multiple properties that they help with. They're always on-time, they're great about scheduling convenient appointments. He'll even be kind enough to call and remind me about an upcoming appointment. I just really like them.

For many years they've been providing outstanding bug service.

They're just all good guys.

Brian is always very professional and a great person to work with. It's a dirty job getting in under the house, but he always does it perfectly. I make a point of thanking him for doing such great work and I'll be having him out again anytime I have a pest issue. Mosquitoes are a big problem in my area and I am absolutely delighted to learn that Bug-Off provides a solution for this problem. I'm looking forward to grilling, heck just using my back porch, this summer.

The thing I like the most about them is that they adhere perfectly to agreed appointments to come out and do the work. Any time I've ever needed them to come back for something, they do so promptly. I've never had to chase them down like has happened to me with other companies.
