Easy to contact. Called back when promised. Arrived when scheduled. The young man that came to do the job was pleasant, helpful and knew what he was doing. The only reason that I knocked off half of a star was b/c I opted not to have the outside treated for the sake of the frogs, toads and lizards but was still charged for it. I will definitely use them again though. The cost was still reasonable.

Technician was on time, knowledgeable, and spent quite a while being very thorough applying chemicals. He stated the bugs would be active for 2-3 days while ingesting chemicals (they were) and that they should disappear after that. It actually took 6-7 days before we felt that we were pest-free, but we finally are.
