Jeff was great. I called re an ant infestation (!!) and he, along with another technician promptly came out the very next day and treated outside and inside our home to resolve our ant issue!! Thank you!!

I called Malang Pest Control and spoke to Jeff who was very patient and helpful with explaining the process and prices of their services. Speaking off, they gave us the best quote out of the 3 companies I called before. After I asked him what days he is available to come by, he told me he can be at my location within 20-30 minutes, which is super fast! He arrived on time and explained everything on-site and what he was going to do to help with our ant problem. Malang Pest Control is a very reliable and customer oriented local business. I definitely recommend using them if you have any pest control.

The owner himself assisted me he was very easy to communicate with and on time as well as being very accommodating. I needed him for escrow work right away and he did the work for me although I am out of town my realtor was very satisfied with the service as well as having a 30 day guarantee means a lot. They were very responsive and spent the time to decide where to put the traps for our rat problem. They will be coming back for regular maintenance, and I hope the results show us that the rats are no longer on the property!
