Very polite, knowledgeable and expedient.

Arrived on time, polite, and did good work. The only reason I did not score them with 5 stars is that I am not sure they were COVID-19 vaccinated. I am not comfortable using anyone that is not fully vaccinated.

He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do and went above and beyond!!! This guy cares and goes out of his way to help you resolve issues!!! He also answers your calls and texts no matter what time or day it is! I would and AM definitely be using him on a regular basis and his fees are so reasonable! I am so glad I hired him to get rid of the fleas in my house since the other two I hired did not help at all or even try to come back to help after what they did didnâ t work! He guarantees his work and I loved that as well!!! Really a great honest guy!!! Do not hesitate to hire him!!!

I got my home and property enrolled on quarterly basis to have my property sprayed but also as I see fit with a phone call. Matt Brown the owner responds within minutes of you requesting a quote. He scheduled me that day to come out and look into my problem which was something in my attic. He saw the droppings and told me it was a rat probably only one. His quote was reasonable and I hired him. He came the very next day with traps and closed off all the entries for mice and rats to get into the house and attic. He is very nice and did a great job! That very night, the rat was caught in one of the traps. I am very pleased with the entire transaction from start to finish. Matt came out the next day and removed the rat. I can finally sleep! Thank you!

We had a rat problem that wouldn't go away despite assistance from another company. Matt was prompt, informative, and thorough. He did the work over two days and also helped get rid of raccoon s we didn't know about. He told us what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was courteous and answered all of our questions.
