We have about 25 customers out of our entire customer base that request prior notification before service. While we try to meet their request, the chance of us doing that consistently is reduced because we are not doing it for everybody, and it is easy to miss. So, we have recently instituted an automatic notification for all our customers. This is done daily for the next days service. Our hope is that we will meet the needs of those who have requested it and increase customer good will from those who have not. You also mentioned that we did not treat your attic. Unless there is an active infestation in an attic, there technically is no need to treat up there. To do so potentially exposes electricians, air conditioner techs and homeowners unnecessarily to contact with pesticides. We always endeavor to apply materials where they will do the most good with the least potential exposure. In reviewing your account, I don't see any Call Back services which would indicate that you were not having a pest problem. On the other hand, if you were and were not aware that Call Backs are not an additional charge, then that's on us."
