The folks at Bug You Not are highly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. For two years, they have been preventing termites, ridding us of vermin, and they also took everything out of our attic for us and put in new insulation. The price for their service is reasonable. They keep their appointment times. We recommend Bug You Not for professional pest control.

I had Squirrels, approximately (4) turned out to be 6 or more. The trap the Company used is safe for the animals. They shortly relocated! My Spouse loved watching them in the trees, then we noticed a whole family! James Wagner, Dallas Regional Manager showed up, installed trap|release. They came the same day I called and found no evidence of termites. They offered a yearly maintenance fee which was very reasonable compared to my previous termite maintenance agreement

My request was for the service to come out and inspect my attic for pest. The owner came out on time and inspected my attic. He wanted to close the hole that large rodents like squirrels could get in. he wanted me to pay for additional work that could stop enties like mice. I told him I only wanted the pest out of attic. He close large holes and insured me nothing was in attic. The next day I contact the owner that the animal was still in attic but it was destroying my home to get out. He told me I should have gotten the full package; Even though the full package was fixing things that did not pertain to the problem I paid for. He reluctantly agreed to come back out after I call and make a appointment. I called Monday and made a appointment. He did not show or even call to say he wasn not going to show. I called again and made another appointment. Again same results. He was very professional until it was time to come back and fix any error on his part. I am waiting to see his response and blame me!

"Hello Mr. Johnson, Your full exclusion package including upper and lower level sealing, TRAPPING, sanitizing of the attic space and a 2 year warranty was $1150. This is why I am reluctant about doing partial work. You paid for a $400 sealing. You firmly asked what would I charge to seal the upper level holes and told me you werent worried about the other things and me being a professional told you why you needed it and how I couldnt and wouldnt guarantee the house only the holes I patched. When you called me and told me you had something up there and to come catch it for free I stated that you didnt pay for that."

I had a termite invasion in my home. Its hard to find someone you can trust to do the job right. After hours of deliberation, I decided to go with Bug You Not. They were an hour late and since first impressions are everything, I was a little concerned. Thank goodness I was proven wrong. The tech was professional and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and explained the process throughout its completion. He had to dig a trench around our home. He didn't rush the job and he even put up with my husband stopping him several times. few days later I found hundreds of termites dead. Thanks Bug You Not for all your help

Jameson is a smooth talker, we have a large house and property and he set out traps and bait stations. This was at least 8 weeks ago. He said he would be back, didnâ t come unless we called, they showed up twice.....now it has been 2 1/2 weeks since we last called. They were paid and donâ t want to waste time here. We still have mice / rats. I am furious.......

"Sorry for the misunderstanding but I told you and your husband several times that if you wanted to rid your home of your rodents you needed the $2500 exclusion. You all opted for the $350 baiting and trapping that I explained I could not no guarantee. Its a band aid on something that needs stitches. This is a simply a case of you get what you paid for. I explained what was needed and you chose the non guaranteed option."
