Mice problem - he came and set out bait where needed. Seemed to know Seemed to know what he was doing. Came back a week later to recheck bait traps and replenish any that were needed. Promptness of service and follow-up were good. Hopefully our problem is solved.

Bobby came out with in several days of our call. He was friendly and businesslike, explaining every step of his procedures and also what to expect next. He sprayed insecticide dust into hive entrance points, then went upstairs into bedroom and sealed joints that had opened allowing bees to enter bedroom. Results from yesterday's treatment are promising so far. I had always counted 15 - 30 bees around hive entrance every time I looked in recent days. At 6 pm yesterday, only 2 bees were seen. At 8 am today, there were ZERO bees over ~ 5 minutes, at 1 pm there were 2 bees over ~ 10 minutes. Bobby predicted it may take up to 10 days for full results. It looks like the bees are losing!! Quickly!! Excellent service, excellent results so far!

We used Angi’s list to hire Bug Zapper after discovering that we had some mice droppings in our basement and under our sunroom. Bobby arrived promptly and we were really impressed with his knowledge and his years of experience. He was polite and respectful. If you have issues with rodents we highly recommend recommending this company!!

Very thorough ? appreciated the number of bait stations and preventive measures? even going into dark dank crawlspaces! And knowing there is a return visit to check on the how the bait traps are working. Found nesting areas in our attic crawlspace?what I don?t get to find out was what to do with them, as we ran out of bait traps
