Warden company handled our basement waterproofing. Professional and courteous from beginning to end. Efficient kind owners that explained process made the whole thing easy to understand . They work fast and did a fantastic job . Every member from the owners to the workers were amazing. I recommend this company to anyone . There reasonable and honest very dependable . Not to mention just all around nice guys . They do a great job and we are very very pleased with Warden .company for our basement waterproofing.! Chuck thank you and your team .

Wes and his crew are OUTSTANDING! Wes is truly a master of his craft with years of experience! The system he recommended has improved the overall air quality inside our living area as well as our crawlspace. We are so pleased with the whole experience we had with the team at Bugg Busters. The people from Bugg Busters explained everything that they were going to do and how they were going to do it. We got two other estimates and Bugg Busters beat their quotes. It took three days for them to get our basement done. Everyday they worked they were professional and friendly. Plus they cleaned up every day when they were done so there was no mess for us. They also installed a sump pump and performed a termite inspection. Our basement has not leaked since and we are so glad we hired them. We would absolutely recommend this company and no other!
Did a great job. Just need to clean up and smooth edges as if where their own project.
Carl, the rep from Bugg Bustere, Inc arrived on time and explained to me what he was going to do to get rid of all the "fruit flies" It was like magic. They are all gone now and I can go into my kitchen and not be "attacked" by these pests. Thank you Bugg Busters. Carrie, in customer service was wonderful and helpful.
I struggle with this review. The people were nice, but not responsive and customer service lacks greatly. When they actually started, they worked fast. What was 'sold to me' by the manager is not what was in the contract and done through - my fault for not thoroughly reading and questioning it. I own that. I first contacted them through this site. No one called me back from the inquiry. 2 weeks later, I called them directly. A manager was quickly sent out to give me an estimate for termite contract (recently purchased the house). He mentioned the humidity issues under my house, which I already knew about. I told him to get me an estimate. He measured and went back to the office to write up an estimate for all of it. I didn't hear from him for a few days, so I called and left a voicemail. No return call. Tried calling different days and was going straight to voicemail. Tried to email the email address on the business card, but it was returned as an invalid address. I called the main office and left a message. No callback. About 2 weeks later, someone called me back. I was told his phone had quit working. Very possible... it does happen. I got my estimate, agreed on it all. The same manager came out the next day to have me sign the contracts and pay in full. Then I heard nothing from anyone for over a week. I left a message at main number, no response. Called the manager, he insured me someone would contact me. Nothing for over a week. After 2 weeks of no updates, I called the same manager again. Several days later, a VP called to say he'd be at my house that following Monday morning (at this point it's over 3 weeks since I had paid in full.) Monday afternoon, I called to get an update and he had forgotten. They finally showed up on Tuesday. The crew was nice, but left my gate wide open (I have 2 dogs), left waste from job behind, one of the termite bait systems is about 3 inches above the ground. I was told they would remove all the old plastic from under the house. They did not. The new plastic vapor barrier was just laid on top of the old. No one followed up with me after the crew left to see if I was happy or if it was done to expectation.
