I discovered a bald faced hornets nest in a shrub close along my driveway. With little kids running around I didn't want anyone else getting nailed like I had. Mark was great. All around. Quick email response, quick availability, punctual, professional and friendly. I don't think the job could have been for any less$$ and with a guarantee. Mark is knowledgeable about mice, inspected our whole house and treated promptly. He will be back for a two week inspection. Friendly, answered all of our questions. Explained in detail how the product worked and what to expect. He was also cautious of our two small dogs, using product in safe areas only. Price is extremely fair with a guarantee and we were not pressured into a service contract.
