I originally contacted Tyler for a tiny gnat problem on the outside of our house in the spring. He sprayed the affected areas and that took care of that! I then contacted Tyler for a meal moth problem we had in our garage from bird seed we bought. He sprayed our garage throughly, noted areas to seal up. Our moth problem has been taken care of. I for one, couldn't be happier! Tyler is very knowledgeable and educated me through the whole process. We now have him come to our house on a bi monthly, preventative basis!! Tyler is personable, very knowledgeable and professional!! He is always available to answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend Tyler to anyone with a Pest problem !! Thank you Tyler for giving us peace of mind ...and no bugs!!!

Tyler was very professional. He explained about the wasps and what they do with building their nests. He even saw one flying from the back end of my minivan checked it out and removed a small nest that was recently started. He also checked inside the attic to make sure the screens were in place over the vents. I feel safe from the wasps now. I decided to have preventative service done for wasps in the future. Those of you wanting to support small local businesses and veterans, Buginator is the one to go with to prevent and remove wasps.

Tyler really knows his yellow jackets. He came to my house to review the situation and I hired him on the spot. I love supporting veteran owned businesses and especially I love supporting the local community and people who are self-employed. Tyler called me within moments of my query on Angi -- I mean, MOMENTS, and he could come out within 2 hours. No one else was able to respond so quickly.

I would 100% recommend Tyler, owner of Buginator to anyone struggling with a bee/bug issue. Buginator's services are definitely a 10/10!!! :) I supervise a group home for mentally disabled adults, and late on a Saturday evening we encountered an emergency situation, involving a massive amount of bees inside our program. One of our individuals is highly allergic to bees, and simply the amount of bees, created an emergency situation. I found that not many services are willingly to come out on late Saturday night, but Tyler from Buginator did not hesitate to come out to our program immediately. Right after our phone call he was on his way!!! Tyler was a huge life saver, and had our bee emergency identified, and treated/resolved in an time efficient manor, that same night!!! It was a huge relief to know my individuals were safe following his visit.

Tyler went way above what was expected of him. He found all the areas where the mice were coming in and even took out a shelf in our cupboard so he could block some entrances. He is very knowledgeable about mice and we learned a lot from him. These mice were in our walls and our crawl space, had been there for a long time and caused damage. We are still utilizing Tyler, we probably had hundreds of mice, sorry to say. We will definitely recommend him to others and will get him again if ever needed for any other service he would provide. Also, Tyler is a very nice guy! We wish him the very best in his business.
