Sales rep Miguel was very professional and thoroughly explained the entire process. The crew and foreman were polite as they went about the project. The estimate in my opinion was very fair. I was quite impressed with the with emails updating the progress of the fumigation of my home.

Great experience with Bugs Exterminators Termite & Pest Services, Inc. I am a new homeowner looking to establish termite control. They came out and did inspection. The inspector, was respectful, honest, and explained things in an understandable way. The estimate was fair and the technicians that came out to do the work were just as pleasant to work with. Our termite inspection was very thorough. I really enjoyed talking to the young man who came out to inspect our home. He showed me pictures that helped me understand the importance of keeping scrap wood away from our house. He also showed me which trees and shrubs needed to be trimmed. When he saw my interest, he gave me a mini lesson on the different types of termites in our area and the damage that they can do. He was very professional and polite. Additionally, our regular pest control man from Bugs Exterminators Termite is always prompt and helpful. I am a happy customer.

After you sign the contract and they send the work through the automated email service, they will not respond to information requests, they rely solely on the sparse emails the system sends out. But the work was done and the price beat everyone else.

They came out on time for my scheduled appointment.  The salesman was very upfront and honest.  Didn't try to oversell me as 2 other companies did. He explained what had to be done. The company went out of there way to accommodate my busy schedule as to a day the work could be done. The staff who came out to my house was very professional and took his time showing me everything he was going to do.  He even showed me how things worked as he was doing the job. I am a very hands-on person and I want to see and know how to do it myself for next time. And I wanted to make sure the chemical they were using was actually being used and it was. 2 weeks after the work was done,  Bugs Exterminators Termite & Pest Services, Inc. wanted to do a follow up to make sure the termites were gone! And they were! I would definitely use and recommend them to all my neighbors, friends and family.

Outstanding service and friendly! Bugs Exterminators Termite & Pest Services, Inc. exceeded all expectations. Was able to fit me into his schedule the same week that I called, did the inspection on Tuesday, and came back Thursday for a much needed spot treatment at the front, back, and second story of my townhouse. Was thorough and quoted me an excellent price. I passed up two other companies and went with them instead. Work-ethic shows and I will be using them again when the time comes. I was lucky to get Bugs Exterminators for both inspection and treatment. I will recommend to all of my neighbors. GREAT WORK.

Had a different company I was using before but couldnâ t resolve nor educate me about my pest issues. Bugs Exterminators did an awesome job on resolving these things with remarkable service and now I have a peace of mind. They definitely know what they are doing! Highly recommend this company!

Bugs Exterminators had the best price and I’m glad I went with them. That said, their customer service wasn’t ideal. Some email issues meant I never received the digital contract despite providing 2 separate emails to try, and I had to drive up to their office to sign a paper copy. Also, while I understand that the rain the previous day delayed the initial tenting by backing up their other commitments, they did not provide a heads up that they would be coming a day late. I called during the day, and received a call back at 8pm after I waited all day for them to arrive. The following day when I tried to call for an eta, their phone lines were down. Thankfully, they tented in the evening, and after that things went smoothly, so for the price I’d use them again. The other reviews seem positive, so hopefully this was just a fluke experience.

Everything was done as promised. They were on-time and professional the entire time. Overall excellent job! I would highly recommend this company. Great pride in service delivery.

Had my property tented for termites. These people are very professional from the office staff to my sales person Elliott who came out even the crew that arrived to put the tent up. I am very pleased I will use them for my rental property as well when my tenants move out in February

They came by for an estimate and were able to stick around to spray the same day. I have t had any any problems since they were at my house!

Hired this pro for termite control. The guy on the phone was very responsive and informative and was able to come out the following day after my phone call to complete the project.

They worked in a timely manner and clean afterwards. I have no bad comments in regards their work.

He does all the services any time that we need pest control. Especially for termites.

He was the only guy that was able take of my problem completely. He is an entomologist. I tried several other companies that tried and were not able to handle the situation to the point that it was getting out of control. Jeremiah took care of it the first time. I am amazed.
