Bugs Exterminators, Inc.

If I could give a thousand stars, I sure would. This is the most reasonable exterminator service available. Ken was very professional and knowledgeable.

Quick response and to the point.

Very professional

Very quick to book my appointment and get the job done. I was in need of a inspection in a short amount of time and Byron got the job done quickly for me. Also a nice guy and his prices are very competitive. I highly recommend him.

Most professional and knowledgeable company.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Eliminated our bug issue that same day. Service provided as promised!! Knowledeable, friendly and courteous.

Seemed very knowledgeable, spent time communicating instead of the give a bid and rush out routine. Was on time for both the first look at the problem and to perform the service. Gave me a better price on my outside spraying and included the lawn which was not covered by prior company.

Very pleasant to work with. Did a great job very quickly. Thank you!!

Knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.

I was leaving town next day so I need to hire contractor asap. I called more than 15 companies most of them are very expensive and not available right away to help me... Bugs Exterminators showed up less than an hours. The Bug Guy Byron was very kind, fast and inexpensive. Most of all he did the great job to get rid of bees and take care of my problems. I love this company and highly recommend Bugs Exterminators!

Very honest and direct.

When I called them for my emergency situation, They showed up the same day and provided an excellent service with a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company

Extremely nice and professional. Very honest and competent

Will be testing my house soon

We hired them to take care of at least 3 types of ants plus a few other bugs. (Another company had come for a year and never reduced the number of ants.) The first time Byron came, his spraying worked within 3 days on all the infestations. He sold us a one year contract. He explained everything he did. After one of the treatments, months later, the same product did not kill all the ants, so he came and re-treated the day after we told him. That time it worked.

Very clean and professional, did not look to sell me a lot of services

Byron (the owner of the company) was so nice. He did not find concrete evidence of termites and I asked him to treat anyway but said he would not take my money unless he could pinpoint were they were. So he said to be patient and look for their droppings then we can narrow them down. I really appreciate the honesty. I ended up hiring him anyway for his quarterly ant/roach treatment. Great prices compared to others!

Personable! Prompt! Professional! Guaranteed Services! Byron personally guided us from our initial call until “all clear”! Thanks Home Advisor for referring!

Byron was very flexible with coordinating meeting times and sprayed the entire house for fleas. He even sprayed our cars so if we brought any fleas from the house to the cars and back...the fleas were taken care of. Fleas are pesky bugs and a week later there were some left, Byron came out and sprayed again to get whatever eggs hatched. Byron is very friendly and stands behind his business and product. I even joined his every three month plan to come out and spray the house for future exterminations. Byron is friendly, understanding and reliable! I have recommended him to others.

The exterminator was able to come in on a Sunday and took care of the problem. I don't think I could've gone another day with the stench of a dead rodent in my garage which was difficult to locate. However, Byron did a great job.

Byron came within an hour to treat our condo! He seemed knowledgeable and was very professional. He is scheduled to come back in 3 months to retreat.

Byron provides premier customer service combined with the expertise to eliminate pests completely. After the first 30 seconds of our conversation he sold me. The smile in his voice and the understanding of our situation gave me complete confidence in our decision to use Bug Exterminators, Inc. Byron then demonstrated his abilities in our home and event went the extra distance! His work is highly professional and guaranteed. Thank you for such a great referral.

They were awesome! Quick and very reliable. All the bugs are gone 😌

Byron was friendly, informative and professional. Fingers crossed one treatment does the trick, but he said he'll come back if we need him within 3 mos. with his guarantee.

Showed up for first treatment and never came back.
