Bug and Insect Pest Control Service
Alex was punctual, understood pet safety concerns, and had an effective treatment plan for infestation of German roaches. He came twice, three weeks apart, and within 60 days had effectively eliminated virtually 100% of these nasty critters another well known company was unable to eradicated after 5 visits and 5 months. Alex is honest, a problem solver, and understands the tight budget of a cheap teacher (me). Well worth the minimal investment!

I was so happy with this company. Alex came to the house before giving me an estimate. He was thorough and explained everything very well. He was inctedible honest and straightforward about everything. He previously worked for a much larger pest control company and then opened his own company. This made me feel comfortable hiring him because of his experience and knowledge. Since he is an up and coming business, I felt that he would do a better job because he needs the great word of mouth to grow his company. I was so pleased with Alex and the job he did!! I would highly recommend!!!!

Alex the owner is a TRUE professional. He provided same day service at a reasonable price. He provided updates every step of the way and he texted before leaving and provided before and after pictures. Alex knows his craft and is honest professional. He did such a great job that I hire him to maintance our house. I would not waist my time with anyone else.

Rodent Pest Control Service
I've had a guy service my house for 13 years, after he quit we weren't happy with his replacement & switched to someone else and was still not happy. By luck my wife ran into the original guy and found out that he had his own business. Hired him right away, the honeymoon didn't last long. It seemed like there were excuses left and right for the bugs. Than we started having rodent issues and fell on deaf ears. After him causing a roof leak I fired him. I called Alex, what a difference. Just in his first day he did more than the other guy did in 1 year! By far he is the best ever. Awesome.

Alex was awesome. He came to our home the day after I initially contacted him. We previously hired a well known bug control company to address our issue with carpenter ants. Five (5) months later and probably more than 10 (lost count) visits from that company, the ants were worse than ever. We would pick up upwards of 30-40 ants from the interior of our home in a 24-hour period with no exageration. So we decided to fire the big company and go to a smaller, individually owned exterminator that hopefully could do the job for us. Alex spent quite a while here the first treatment and we crossed our fingers. He told us it would take 1-2 weeks to see improvement. Quite honestly, we had been told this before so we didn't hold our breath...we could have though as it's been less than 1 week and our house is ant free. We can now walk through our home without shoes on for fear of stepping on an ant. I love my house again! Alex followed up with us multiple times already to see how things were going. We were very impressed by that. And he suggested several areas of our house that required "tightening" up - i.e. open space between outside wall and tiles. So we knew he really did a thorough inspection of our home during that first visit. We are a tough customer having informed Alex we wanted to be "ant free" and nothing else would be acceptable. He probably considered NOT taking our job! But he did and we are extremely happy less than 1 week since our first treatment. Alex is so friendly and very helpful. Really, we can't say enough about him but we CAN say that our house is ANT FREE!
