Great service

This company should not even call itself a company. After describing to them that my bee problem was located by my roof they arrived WITHOUT a ladder just to tell me they needed a ladder. They said they would return in 2 days with the ladder at the same time as my initial appointment (between 5:30-6:30) they came around 7:30, this time it was 2 guys to tell me that they needed a ladder and would return the next week. The next week came and went and I did not hear from them. I called and texted (after someone texted from the business number saying they could not talk but how could he help me) I let him know the situation and he said he would try to get in contact with his guy and send him back. Then one night a guy called me apologizing for giving me the run around and said could I be home in 30 minutes, he would be done with the work by then and I could just pay and he would leave. I said sure, rushed through my dinner and ran home. I made it home in the allotted 30 minutes and did not see him, a van (with a ladder) or a truck so I called the number back. He told me the guy with the ladder was now stuck in traffic and they might not make it that day. It has been a week since then and they still have not come out. I texted and told them to cancel the service. This cannot be a business, just 2 guys agreeing to jobs they cannot complete!

Got right back to me. Showed up on time. Offered a great solution at a reasonable price. No hard sell. So far, so good! Would highly recommend.

Everybody was very nice!!!

Steve came when he said he would laid traps. Said he would be back to check traps in 2 weeks but he never came back. Said if problem reoccurred he would come back and refill traps. Problem came back, called him and left message. He never returned my call. My neighbor had him do his yard at same time never returned to check traps for him either. He called about a reoccurring problem and Steve has not returned his call either.

They've had to come back 3 times so far. Takes a day for them to return call. Forgot to show up once.

Steve was very professional and courteous. He explained what was included in the service. He was very prompt and I would use his services again.

Steve arrived very quickly to give me an estimate for an underground bee colony in my yard. Within 1/2 hour Steve completed the service and there have been no bee activity in the hive since the service. Can't ask for anything better than that.

Steve and George showed up exactly when they said they would, were even early. Explained what they would do. When I saw further activity two days later they came back and re-treated the area to my satisfaction.
