Bathroom Remodel
This fellow purports to be a general contractor, but Colorado does not require a GC to be licensed or registered and our county building department does not keep those records either. So, we relied mostly on his being registered with Angi and their clearance of him. However, we saw only him and an unskilled worker for the majority of our guest bath remodel which was left incomplete after 6 weeks when we terminated his services. He is not meticulous and tends to cut corners. He can be argumentative and thus the experience was stressful. We would not recommend him for major remodeling which includes plumbing and electrical.
