Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
They installed a new metal roof and 4 months later it started leaking. Tried many times to contact them with no response. All edges uneven, pieces too short for the roof leaving paper exposed. Did not do flashing around the skylight. Boots installed incorrectly, most screws not tight enough or too tight. Where one piece of steel should be there are two pieces. Had another roofing company come out and access the cause of the leak I had. Said it was the worse job he ever saw, I would have nothing but troubles, recommended tear-off, and a whole new roof. I reached out to Owner-Manager Roger Lee Poarch with no response for my issues. I then asked for my money back, waiting for a response.

We needed a roof repair because we lost roof shingles in a storm causing water to drip into the second floor of our vacation cabin. Lee came out and made immediate repairs without me even being there to mitigate the problem. He then made a recommendation for a permanent fix to an originally poorly installed roof ridge. Lee gave me a good price and made the repair the next day. I plan to call BuildItWell Construction for my next home improvement project. Thank you.

Hired BuildItWell to replace roof and replace all the pinewood that had dry-rotted and starting to dry rot. In less than 6 months roof started to leak again. Call Lee and he assure that all repairs come guarantee and under is under warranty .

After having a roofer in SC blow me off twice after scheduling an appointment a month out, I found this company through Home Advisor. I filled out a web form (my roof leaked), & Lee called me 10 minutes later. He met me that afternoon, gave me a quote, & everything was repaired in 2 days, including some damage to a sheet rock ceiling. He provides a 2 year warranty. I have some renovations planned that I will use Builditwell for. I am very impressed, & have recommended them to my solar panel installer (Tayco) who had recommended the other company.

Hired to repair roof leaks. They came out to do repairs and I paid the gentleman in cash. Roof still leaks called and texted I guess I am out $200 and still need repairs. I am very disappointed and will not depend on Home Advisor in the future and sadly would not recommend this company.

Hired this company to tear off and replace the shingle roof on my home. Ridge on a low pitch shed dormer needed to be treated with particular attention, which I was assured they would take care of and there would be no leaks. There were significant leaks and the company was called and we were told they would be at our home the next day. It is a week later and no show, no communication, no follow-up and it is raining today. I had a feeling that this would happen and spent the last two days tearing off and re-doing their work on the ridge using a membrane flashing underpayment. There are numerous nails through the drip edge. Flashing used on a Velux roof window inappropriate. I had to clean up the human feces from their crew and the accompanying waste paper in the woods behind my house where I walk my dog.

"we have tried to reconcile with the customer he did not want to do what we wanted to do which was replace all parts of the roof with the proper roofing materials on all surfaces. We did all we could to make the customer happy in the end he was mad because the guys used the bathroom in the woods... everyone has to use the restroom now and then guy got a great roof. With no leaks. Cannot make everyone happy. we did try very hard."
