Build Smart Fort Collins

Nino and Joel were excellent to work with!! I had a kitchen and laundry room added in my basement. They quoted me an amount and they came in on budget with no surprises. They had excellent communication throughout the entire project. Everyday they cleaned up after themselves and made sure that what they were doing next would be a good fit before moving forward. I would recommend them to anyone! They really made my home perfect. Thank you!

BuildSmart was on time and below budget. They provided a comprehensive estimate before starting the project so we could see a breakdown of each component (electrical, plumbing, demo, etc.) We met with 3 other contractors and none came close to BuildSmart. They do great work and project management throughout the project. They asked great questions along the way and kept us updated. Cannot rate or recommend highly enough.

Hear many horror stories about hiring a contractor. Nino's easy going, low pressure style put us at ease. After giving his initial, reasonable, estimate we decided to rethink all of our design choices. Nino not only completely understood but gave us some ideas on how to stay within our budget as we moved forward. Then he told us to keep him in mind. Period. No pressure. Of the three contractors he was the only one who took that attitude. A month later he alone took our call back seriously. Every step of the way every change we threw at him he handled with grace. A true professional. Our kitchen looks gorgeous. Would hire again!

His personal approach made us feel comfortable and secure in our selection of our kitchen upgrades.
