I originally had Eitan out to bid on our Bathrooms, but once I had him here I added the Kitchen and Laundry room as well. We hired Build the Bay based on all these great reviews and they did not disappoint. our remodel was done on time, it looks Amazing. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results. Eitan manages the project very well, great communication throughout. I highly recommend Eitan/Build the Bay.

Our experience with Build The Bay on our bathroom remodel project was exceptional from start to finish. The scope of this project consisted of a complete remodel of 2 bathrooms at the same time. Our expectation and the general consensus with any remodel project is that it will be a very stressful experience as the inevitable hidden issues will be discovered leading to additional costs and our project was no exception. The communication with and received from Eitan and the Build The Bay team starting with the bidding process and ending with the final inspection went a long way to reducing our stress level throughout the project. The plan was clearly communicated on a daily basis and every problem encountered came with a proposed solution with an emphasis on minimal cost impact to our budget. The daily planning and communication gave us confidence in their experience and ability to manage the entire project no matter what issue came up. This was evident from the first day taking care to mask walls & floors in order to protect every potential area that could be impacted by construction collateral damage. It was also evident that the work crew had the necessary skills to complete the many varied tasks the project required including framing, sheetrock, electrical, plumbing, tile, floors, windows, texture, paint, as well as the installation of the vanities and all of the additional finishes. The Project Manager Jesus and the entire crew were considerate of our living space and all were professional and friendly throughout the process. Upon completion of the project a deep cleaning was performed and the only evidence that remains of the entire 4 week process are 2 absolutely beautiful bathrooms constructed by Build The Bay!

Work done: Complete remodel of two bathrooms and installation of luxury vinyl across those bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, hallway, and stairs. An ugly closet without doors also got a remodel. This was the first time I hired a contractor to remodel my house. I had a couple of contractors assess my project but I decided to go with Build the Bay because they were willing to work with me at getting the job done while I was out of town for 6 weeks in the most efficient manner. I also felt that I could trust Build the Bay with my house while not being physically present. The design and shopping phase was the most difficult as I had never done any of this, but Eitan provided excellent ideas and suggestions. This is the part that makes a home unique to any individual and I now understand "make your home truly yours. " During the construction phase and with me out of town, frequent updates and photos were provided. While there were unexpected hiccups along the way, they were resolved quickly. Build the Bay crew worked diligently at getting my project done and the final product is a beautiful entire second floor.

Eitan and his crew were recommended to me by my daughter and son-in-law. Build the Bay did such a beautiful job on their bathrooms I couldn't wait to hire them to do mine. Very easy to work with and always on time. Their workers are very polite and know what they are doing. I am so happy with my new bathrooms.

Owner Eitan personally supervised every aspect of a full master bath remodel. Build the Bay employs master trade craftsmen who specialize in their chosen field of building construction. Everyone involved in the project was unfailingly courteous and attentive to property ownerâ s concerns. Final inspection was completed and approved by County in 5 minutes !

From the moment we met Eitan we knew we wanted to work with Build the Bay. He was the first contractor to come in and spend more than 10 minutes looking at our space. We have a tiny bathroom and wanted to figure out a way to make it more functional. Eitan went home and put together 3 renderings of how we could make it work. He helped us with everything from windows to tile and other finishes. It was a pleasure working with him, Jesus and the rest of the team. Most of the time I was in the house by myself with people coming in and out, and I never once felt uneasy. They were all friendly and super professional, and the work they did was amazing. I absolutely love our new bathroom and couldn’t be happier!

Scope of work: 1. Moved the location of the kitchen 2. Broke few walls 3. Changed the flooring 4. Combined 2 bedrooms to build a new master bedroom with a walk in closet and a new bathroom. 5. Changed entire ducting 6. Level 5 smooth wall texture and painting Shortlist process: I met with at least 20+ contractors and finally shortlisted my top 5 based on pricing and online reviews. Build the Bay was one of them. We finalized on Build the Bay (Eitan) based on our interactions with him at some other job site. We noticed his attention to detail and work ethics and he came across as an honest man who did not make excuses but gave logical explanation for every question we asked. On top of it, in terms of pricing he was in the top3. Workmanship: Eitan has a great team of men. His main man, Jesus was also great to work with and has an excellent attitude. 1. Punctuality and communication - We had a whatsapp group where Eitan always communicated when his men would come for work and he would also promptly answer any questions we had for him. He pushed us to ensure we were on top of providing materials so that they would not miss the dates they had promised on delivering the project. Eventually despite some delays on our end to procure finish materials, they finished within 3 months, as committed at the start. 2. Cleanliness - We stayed at home during the entire construction, but we never had any issues. The crew always made sure they cleaned up the work area before they left. 3. Honesty - What struck us the most was the honesty towards their work. There were a couple occasions when Jesus himself informed us about certain imperfections in the quality of the work due to which he was going to redo it. Frankly I had not even noticed the issues myself. But that clearly showed how much they cared about the quality. Eitan also came across as a very honest person. There were few occasions when we only had a verbal agreement but he always remembered it and honored it. 4. Great team - On a day to day basis you interact with the team, so it is important for them to be likeable. Jesus and his men are simply the best and very jolly and knowledgeable people. 5. Eitan went out of the way with some material pick ups. 6. Eitan is very knowledgeable and was able guide us in choosing materials. Also he was patient to explain any construction related technicalities which helped us make better decisions. 7. Eitan was very accommodating with our new ideas that kept coming up throughout the project. 8. Overall quality - We are very happy with the overall quality and outcome of the project. All our friends have loved the work as well and have asked for his reference. Eitan and his team will be our go to people without any hesitations for any future projects.

Love working with Eitan and his team lead. Excellent and timely communication in all aspects from start to end. The workers consitently show up on time and kept the working environment clean to keep dust to be minimum. Though, when working with adding new ceilings and retexture the walls, small sand dusts are every where despite the best effort to cover as much as possible. Also importantly, the original quote for labor and materials were kept as close as what was agreed despite a few modifications with the original plan along the way and the team was able to accommodate. Eitan helped me pick up cabinets at the show room, and physically pickup a few appliances at local Home Depot and Lowes that I couldn't have them deliver to my home. He was able to save me some money using his contractor's discount to purchase a few small materials. I got lots of bids for my kitchen remodeling project, Eitan's bid is not the lowest, but overall, I'm extremely glad that I didn't decide on just the cost alone. Overall, I am satisfied with the final outcome and definitely recommend Build The Bay lead by Eitan to anyone considering remodeling their kitchen.

We had our hallway bathroom remodeled by Eitan and team near the end of 2020. I had gotten quotes from 5-6 companies. He wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive but we decided on him right away because he came across as knowledgeable, professional, and running a tight ship. We were working with a tight deadline and I felt confident that Eitan would deliver. We had a WhatsApp group to discuss and Eitan was always very responsive. He provided us a list of recommended places to shop and also met us at the shop to provide guidance on picking out finishes and fixtures. A porta-potty was delivered before work started. His team, Flavio and Manny, showed up promptly every morning at 8 AM to work, wearing masks the whole time. They were very respectful, cleaned up after themselves everyday, and were such a pleasure to work with. Their work was beautiful, with impeccable attention to detail. We could tell that they took pride in their work! Of course, with remodeling there were some unexpected hiccups here and there, but what was important was how quickly Eitan worked to resolve them! And in the end, his team actually finished 1 day ahead of what he promised. In a world full of unreliable contractors and missed dates, it's refreshing to work with someone who operates the same way we're used to in the corporate world. I would definitely recommend Eitan's Build the Bay to any friends looking to remodel!

Eitan just recently remodeled our master bathroom.. a complete rip out of old materials and created a beautiful modern paradise! Eitan was friendly and professional (and safe which is important during the pandemic) and completely responsive to our ongoing requests and communication. We had a group text going with my husband and he always got back to our questions within a few minutes! My husband had a very specific and complicated shower configuration that he wanted and Eitan was able to make that happen. We had some hiccups along the way, but Eitan worked with us best that he could to quickly resolve the issues and was understanding to all our special accommodations during the pandemic (I am pregnant and therefore high risk). His foreman (Jesus) was excellent...Very willing to work within timing that we reffered and was also very respectful of our accomodations. Midway through the project we also added a few minor remodels to our kids bathroom which didnt seem to add too much time to our finished timeline so that was impressive and great. We will definitely work with Eitan in the future, we have several other projects in mind and we know we will be taken care of! We love our new bathroom!!!

Our neighbor had work completed by Build the Bay and recommended them to us. Eitan and his team did an outstanding job renovating our master bath. Eitan met with us a few times before the project was awarded and made suggestions that helped us with the design. We challenged the team with a number of new materials and design approaches and they took them on with interest and contributed with multiple design suggestions. It was clear to us that the team cared about the results and they took the time to insure everything was done well, even the smallest detail. We will definitely recommend Eitan, Jesus and team!

Titan and his Build the Bay team were very professional and efficient. The bid was very competitive and I'm very pleased with the results. Due to COVID 19, there was some supplier delays but Build the Bay kept to their timelines and quality of service. I had very good direct, text and e-mail communication with Eitan during this project. He delivered as promised and contracted and to a very high quality standard. I highly recommend Eitan and his team for a remodel or other contracting service. One bidding contractor gave an estimate and said permits not required but that is not the case if you ever want to sell your home and to ensure you have the work documented. That contractor cut corners and was a much higher bid. Build the Bay and Eitan were very honest and had a high level of integrity in their input and bid which I very much appreciated.

My project involved an aggressive facelift of our second bathroom. Eitan knew my priority was to not have the bathroom out of use indefinitely and I was not disappointed. Eitan and his team did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the cost I anticipated. Eitan kept me updated all along the way. There was never a moment where I questioned what would happen next - Eitan communicated with me regularly. The price was reasonable and fair and the work is outstanding. I'm very happy and will hire Build the Bay again when we're ready for our next project.

From start to finish Eitan was excellent. We were recommended to Eitan from one of my coworkers. We approached Eitan on our remodel 8 months prior to even getting bids. He came out and reviewed our first draft of plans and gave recommendations and advice. 8 months later when we were picking our builder Eitan and team were the most impressive builder and Eitan's expertise in kitchen design were the added plus. Once the project was kicked off communication and timely replies were so helpful. This was our first ever remodeling experience so we didn't know completely what to expect once things started. Any questions we had Eitan responded and kept us updated on timing, next steps and what to expect. Everyone on the team was friendly and amazing to our family. Our project was on the longer end. It was roughly a 7 month remodel from start to finish. There is always going to be unexpected things in a remodel but Eitan explained so we understood the why and how. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will be looking to engage his team for our guest bathroom remodel next year. Highly recommend!

Eitan Epstein did a great job responding to a challenging remodel during the Covid-19 pandemic. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and kept the project moving along despite an overwhelmed county building inspection office. We're very happy with our new Accessory Dwelling Unit.

My project involved full remodel of 1 large master bath (>200 sq ft) and some fixture, paint and light work in 2 other bathrooms. I am so happy that I found Eitan and Build the Bay to do the job. Eitan was very professional from day 1, offered me the best price in the Bay Area and helped me pick the parts and fixtures. He is very knowledgeable and has good taste for designing bathrooms. The job finished on time with some delays due to county inspection being on hold due to COVID. I would hire him again!

Eitan from Build the bay remodeled our kitchen. it was a 40 years old kitchen. we met with a few contractors and we liked build the bay the most. Eitan was the most creative and knowledgeable. during the process we had some small construction issues there were resolved smoothly. the project management and attention to details should be praised, we are very happy with our new kitchen, quality of finish is high and met our expectations. we already recommend Build the bay to our friends.
