Appliance (Major Gas Appliance) - Install or Replace
Rick installed a gas line for my new stove. They were very busy but still managed to come out and hook up my gas line. Prices were very reasonable. Thanks for all your hard work guys!

Fridge, Freezer or Ice Maker Repair or Service
If you ever need someone to diagnose on the spot, this are the guys to call. He even help me diagnose, over the phone, what was wrong with my fridge. He told me how much it would cost to fix it and was extremely helpful. I would hire them again. His repair man came on time the next day, to install the part. I didn't have to buy a new fridge!! That was the best part. I know every home would be a case to case base, but I was happy with the result. Please give this company a try. It is worth to hire them. Comment: I am glad I called this company. The owner gave the different options and asked me to call other companies to compare prices and repairs.

Unbelievable service. Called them at 1.30 to repair a gas fireplace. They arrived at 4 after keeping me updated as to when they would be arriving. The repair person was pleasant, informative and knew exactly what was required to get it repaired. He needed a part for the repair and said he would be back the next day to complete the job. That evening I was emailed an update, confirming what the repair person had told me. The next day at 4 I received a text that the repair person would be there at 7pm with the part that needed replacing. At 8.04 I received another text saying the job had been completed. The following morning I received the invoice and could pay online. For any new home problems I will be contacting them immediately. I have never had such prompt, professional and competent service.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
I would not recommend this company one bit. I had a baseboard replaced about two weeks ago and it is like pulling teeth trying to make contact with them (still haven't received it and have no idea how much longer it will be). I have texted numerous of times and wanted them to do my bathtub as well because the price was reasonable of what they quoted. Communication is key in a business and they certainly lack this. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

"What the customer fails to mention conveyed below, so that this review will have some fairness and equity to the whole situation: We were called out on a base mold repair and/or replacement. We were on site the same day. We denoted that the customer had the following damage: A few scratches on two corner areas and one base mold that had considerable damage from a carpet cleaning company. We removed the damaged base mold. We had the paint match the same day. The base mold would take up to three weeks to match - we looked everywhere for the profile match on his base mold to no avail. We also were asked to bid a bathtub and surround remodel. Once base had been received from manufacturer, the paint applicator had quickly tarnished the final finish - very sad situation that had been explained. We offered a discount on the bathroom remodel to offset the inconvenience. We end up giving the customer a replacement base mold with a can of match paint far below our cost to appease and offer peace regardless of what may be said about our business and performance. He had not been charged for any other services that we had provided."

After having a broken dishwasher for over a month I hired Richard from Builders Emporium to come out and fix it. He was very professional and texted me when he was running a little late. I'm happy to know someone I can call when any of my other appliances break. I'm also hoping to hire him to install new counter tops in the near future.

Their pricing was about in the middle of many bids. Quality, Craftsmanship, and Install was perfect. Lead time longer than what I wanted but worth it.
