I had a fence installed by Dave Swisher at Builders Fence in June 2007. Within less than a month, multiple posts had warped beyond usability, and it was impossible to even shut the gate. Builder�s was non-responsive and unhelpful to get this problem corrected � their only solution was to come and swap out the posts for an additional $250. If you choose to use Builder�s be VERY careful to ensure that they use properly aged wood, and that you get an adequate warranty � apparently they estimate low for a reason. I would not recommend working with them ever again.

They had the old fence down and the new fence built in one day! The guys were very polite, and they raked & cleaned up the yard when they were done, which I wasn't expecting.

Builders Fence Company did an excellent job installing our new fence. It looked even better than we had imagined it would. Their communication and customer service was excellent, and we received a quality product. We would highly recommend this company.

They did an exceptional job and work quickly to get the job done. Communicating with the workers was challenging.

I think that Builders Fence Company gave us a fair estimate for the installation of our fence and it was installed in a timely manner. They received a four star instead of a five star because we are still waiting for them to return and fix the front and rear entrance gates. The fence was installed on Monday, 5/21/07. Hopefully they will return to make the necessary corrections.

I used this company 3 years ago. I tried rating at that time. Great Company! Performed work on schedule. The fence is still in perfect condition.

My experience with Builders was a great one. I received two other estimates from other companies. Builders was willing to meet our lowest estimate without hesitation. During the entire process, they were there to take my phone calls and answer any questions that I had. The first thing I told Builders was that I always look for great customer service. During this process I must say the customer service won me over more so than the matching of our lowest estimate. They first told me it would be a two day job. They were done in about 10 hours! The crew arrived on time on the day promised. They did a great job. The fence looks nice. They finished the project in the time promised as well. Dave was good to work with. No problems at all.

They were prompt, professional and courteous and very competitive with pricing.

Overall, this experience was good. The follow-up is still outstanding.
