Poor coordination on installation day There is no overall design concept to assist customer choice It resulted in my hold on the bathroom floor as it was just too much of the same scheme

The job was done and the carpet looks great. The installer did not clean up any of the carpet remenants before he left so I had to clean up everything before moving any furniture back, which was a little annoying. They ordered the wrong amount of carpeting and had to come back, but they fixed the problem and made it right and installed it the next week.

work was as explained, work was done quickly and right, bid was as stated very happy with outcome.

Very thorough, punctual, and did a good job working around our constraints. There were some issues with the transitions and they came back and redid the work.

I was/am so pleased and impressed with the customer service, scheduling of the measurement and the subsequent installation. My house was going on the market, for sale, and they were able to accommodate the time frame. The value, for the cost, was more than reasonable. The people working there were responsive to emails and phone calls. Wonderful, wonderful business!

The sales person was professional but we hit a few snags. We were trying to coordinate the floor install with a water heater replacement but it was hard to get the two to agree on a time that worked for both of them. It got scheduled after Labor Day and someone didn't plan ahead so the flooring wasn't available when the water heater came out resulting in extra time for the plumber. Then the carpet measure was slightly off so one closet ended up with vinyl instead of carpet which is actually not a bad idea. The installers were great, very hard workers and the figured out ways around all the issues. We are very happy with the results. They also seem very flexible and can get things done quickly if you need it. Lots of flooring choices and generally helpful though I was hoping for more. Price was good. I would use them again if I needed flooring in the area.

Andy is very professional and a pleasure with whom to work. He met every deadline and exceeded my expectations in terms of courtesy and consideration. His crew is also very professional and performs the installation with excellence. The floor is absolutely beautiful and I have no complaints at all. I heartily recommend Building Interiors for wood flooring work.

We are preparing our house for sale and needed new carpeting because of pet damage and the age of the old carpet. We didn't want to spend a lot on the new carpet and Builders Interiors provided a reasonable bid for a decent floor. They met our scheduling needs and the installers did an impressive job, working within a weather window. I would definitely hire then again.

They were professional and once they started the job they kept on it till they were done. They cleaned up well and even reset the clocks on the appliances when they put them back. Salesman was very helpful.

Overall the floors look great. However we were out of our house 3 days longer then expected.

Completed the project in a day, 7 rooms plus hall and stairs. Looks great.

Great service great value

Great price compared to my other estimates. The floors aren't perfect but they are 85 years old so I think they did their best. The workers didn't speak great english but were very nice and hard working. Andy always answered my emails quickly with whatever questions I had. They still have one small thing to finish which seems to be taking a while but I think they are doing their best. As with any contractor, sometimes the time frame is out of their control. I would definitely hire them again and I think I will for the rest of my floor restorations.

helpful consultation, didn't jack up the price with unneeded extras

5 stars aren't enough. I have been in customer service for over 35 years so I pretty hard to please. Ty at Builders Interiors blew me away. He is the most professional contractor that I have ever hired. Impeccable quality and outstanding service. I wish that all of my business could be handled through Builders Interiors. 5 stars aren't nearly enough.

We love the new bathroom, It was completed quickly.

Ty was prompt in contacting me when I started the process. His installers did a wonderful job, were great in keeping the area cleaned up after the end of each day, and were very careful in installing my hardwood and moving the furniture around. I am very pleased with how the rooms looked when all was finished.

Install carpet in one bedroom and the basement stairway.
