The 18 year old roof to my home sustained wind damage ( shingles broke off of roof). After meeting with Chad to give me an estimate on replacing the shingles, he suggested that I contact my home owner's insurance company which I never thought of doing. I did contact them and the insurance company was wiling to cover part of the cost of replacing the roof. Chad gave me an honest, reasonable estimate. I did get estimates from other companies and they were much higher . Being a single woman , other companies tried to take advantage of me. Chad always treated me with respect and was honest and sincere. There was never any pressure to sign a contract with him like other companies would do. His employees were respectful, knowledgeable and very professional. They knew how to get the job done and were detailed oriented. I now have a beautiful new roof that will add to my home's value! Needed to replace my roof. Shingles were looking bad and skylights were leaking. Chad came out and understood everything I wanted to have done. His estimate for the job was the lowest I received. This included framing a new pitched section of the roof, removal of 4 skylights and destruction of two unused chimneys. Chad explained everything that was being done. He even added work that wasn t needed to ensure my roof looked the best. Fixing and improving on structural issues. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will use him again for future projects!!!! Thank you Chad I really appreciate it.

We needed work done on our back porch and by reading reviews on Home Advisors we decided to go with Builders & Management Plus LLC and we are certainly glad we did! We found Chad and workmen to be very personable, professional, courteous, honest, reliable, and hard working. They went above and beyond what we requested to be done and it was all done at a very fair price!! Chad was sure to answer all of our questions and the workmen cleaned up leaving no debris laying around anywhere. Best of all our back porch looks great!! Such a great improvement from what it used to look like. Would definitely recommend!

Chad and his staff are professional and courteous.I had a Cupola that was blown away from my garage roof during a storm.He removed it and replaced sheathing and shingles on the roof. You could not tell a repair was done. The shingles matched up perfectly.He also removed a wood stove flue that was falling. They left the work site clean after finishing the work.I've hired numerous contractors for the 4 homes I have owned and Chad is the best. I highly recommend him for great work at fair prices. I will definitely use him again in the future.
