Our expertise is in providing Residential, Commercial Building owners in both preacquisition property inspections as well as diagnosing exterior envelope issues ie, Roofing, Stucco, Windows and Siding. I provide expert witness inspections and testimony regarding construction litigation issues. *Full service home inspection, including radon, termite, mold, etc.*

When Service pro showed up to the projected, the listing agent was very upset that he was visibly intoxicated; he was acting unprofessional the entire performance of the job, he chose to ignore the listing agents requests, listing agent expressed there is a slate roof, you can not walk on it, he chose to again ignore her and did exactly what was asked not of him to do. I wouldn't recommend this Service pro for anything.

"I respected all of the agents wishes to not walk the roof and specifically asked if it was ok to walk on the metal roof below the slate roof and she provided me permission to do so. At no time did I walk on the slate roof as part of my inspection. The slate roof would not have been safe to walk on regardless due to its condition. I did everything possible to provide my client the most information possible in the decision making of purchasing this home. These allegations are completely untrue and I feel that I provided my client with extremely beneficial information to assist him."

There is NO other Home Inspector I would recommend, Frank's experience, expertise, knowledge, and professionalism is unmatched in the industry. There are VERY few home inspectors with Frank's resume and credentials.

Frank was very professional and extremely thorough. He arrived on time. His report was easy to read and comprehensive. He gave great advise on appliances that were in working condition, but that were reaching their life expectancy. This advise was definitely helpful so we could budget for future expenditures when purchasing our condo.

I, like most homeowners, (have no way of knowing, by looking up from the ground), if the roof installed was done correctly, so, selecting Frank to inspect my homes new roof was one of the wisest choices I have ever made. Frank was prompt, very knowledgeable, and he preformed a very through inspection. His written report and pictures show a installation which is defective in many areas. His report will greatly assist me going forward with a claim to repair the above. Thank you Frank

Frank did not get up onto the roof to inspect shingles, flashing, etc. Silly me, I just assumed a visual roof inspection was included. Lesson learned.

"In my defense, the roof was too steep to safely climb without safety climbing apparatus. As is stated in my detailed inspection report in section Three, "The inspector physically accesses roofs only where accessibility is readily and safely available. The assessment is based solely on visual observations. " Visual observations were performed through views from windows and within the attic space. Every safe attempt was made to assess the condition of the roof"
