Incredibly well-mannered and thorough, I would not hesitate to hire Jonathon again! We are first time home buyers and his inspection has really put our minds at-ease. We know first-hand how thoroughly he inspected every aspect of the house. The report took a few days to get back, but again, with how thorough he was, it's to be expected. He arrived just before midday on Wednesday and spent two hours looking over our prospective new home with a fine-tooth comb. He inspected the lawn, the trees around the home, the exterior, the roof, the windows inside and out, all electrical, all water, all heating and cooling units, every faucet, fixture, and door knob, every electrical outlet, floors, ceilings, door frames, if it was in the house, he inspected it. He didn't deem anything too inferior to put on the list, which we really appreciated since we are first-time home buyers and we wanted to know as much as we could. I had the report emailed to me first thing Saturday morning, which really is just not a long time to wait. It felt like a long time because we are anxious, but it was a short while when we look at the report! Included in the report were suggestions to fix, like consulting a professional about possible foundation issues, etc. He also included a "ball park home improvement cost estimate" which was also incredible because we had no idea!! To make a long review short, we are so happy we chose Building Inspection Services, LLC to aid us in the home-buying process. We have learned so much! And we feel more confident in what to expect now with the home. We feel we can make the next stop in this process with more confidence. A huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders! And Jonathon could not be a nicer man to have worked with. His professionalism, his manners, and his knowledge truly know no bounds!
