Very pleased with overall service- inspector was able to schedule home inspection within 2days and broadcast all areas of the prospective property/home. The report was a simple overall estimate of areas with detectable issues. It was delivered timely (2days) and included pictures that showed definitive proof of all issues described.

Jonathon was able to come out with very little turn around time after another inspector had to cancel and I found him on home advisor. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and explained anything I did not understand. Thankfully he saved me from buying a home with thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of issues. Hopefully I will find another home soon and from here on out as long as I am buying in Mississippi, he will be the only inspector I call.

Fast to respond, super friendly, and got in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Price was a little bit steeper than I had hoped, but not so much that it was a problem. Will definitely use again whenever I need an inspection.
