All inspections are performed by David Williams, who began inspecting homes in metro Atlanta in 1989, when he was also a state-certified Commercial and Residential real estate appraiser. David is certified by InterNACHI, the largest home inspection organization in the world. David uses HomeGauge mobile software to observe and compile your home's details on-site, enabling him to provide you with the written report the next day, and often even provide an online report of defects on the day of the inspection. David uses FLIR thermal imaging and moisture detection equipment to locate water leaks, and TIF electronic technology to detect combustible gas leaks.
