I chose to work in this industry because Mr. Berardelli has appeared on WNEP TV Channel 16 as a mold remediation expert and has appeared in the Scranton Times and Citizen’s Voice News paper regarding similar environmental issues. Radon Detection Expert - Mr. Berardelli has appeared in the primary newspaper of Scranton PA (front page of The Scranton Times October 23,1995 Radon Detection Expert [circulation 75,000]) and other news stations as an environmental and structural expert. Educator/Trainer - He has also performed educational seminars for professionals earning their continuing education credits. Expert Witness - He has been called to appear as an expert witness for legal cases. Additionally he has appeared as a guest speaker at national conferences and is a community advocate. Mold Task Force - As a member of the Pennsylvania Mold Task Force, serving with Senator Wansac, Mark Berardelli has worked to set regulatory wheels in motion for mold remediation for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The team at Building Sciences was great to work with! Their home inspection was very thorough, and they took the time to speak to me and explain any questions/concerns that we had. It also helped that they offered all inspection services needed for purchasing a new home, so we did not have reach out to multiple companies. I would highly recommend Building Sciences!

They were prompt to respond initially for the job but the follow up was delayed from what we were told. Be sure to be clear with what you want and expect and have a paper trail of everything quoted and invoiced.

This team was great. They were prompt in their customer service, in their report was accurate and they helped us find several items on the inspection that we had not seen ourselves. They were even great and disseminating the information to me, as I was quite sick with the flu. Overall great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
