Mr. McDowell is an expert in this area and had the fireplace serviced, up to code & working quickly. I can now have it inspected for the purpose of our homeowners insurance. I had hired him to provide a second opinion about the fireplace repair. He saved me the cost of replacing the fireplace-$3,000.00; and from a predatory salesman who had red flagged the unit.

This team was fantastic! They showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything fixed efficiently. They were all professional and had great attention to detail. They treated my space like their own home. The owner Gene was friendly, explained everything clearly, and left the workspace spotless. This company is exceptional!!! I’ve used them a few times now and feel a huge sense of relief to have a company that is truly reliable and affordable! As a single female I sometimes worry that I’m being taken advantage of, or I find that I’m not taken as seriously and they end up not being as reliable. That is not the case with them however. Every single person I’ve encountered with this company has been extremely professional and respectful. Not only have they treated me with the utmost respect, but they also have made me feel that they genuinely care. I’ve compared prices with other companies as well, and theirs comes out as being the most affordable every time. Along with being affordable, their quality of work speaks for itself. Their knowledge of their profession is pretty impressive as they’ve also been able to diagnose certain problems that other companies could not. I’ve been a homeowner for 11 years now, and have never found a company that I can truly trust and rely on the way I have with them! The techs were very polite and talented. They found my problem within minutes and were very efficient with the repairs. Also had proper materials on their truck to make the repairs immediately. HIGHLY Recommend BUILDING & MECHANICAL SERVICES !
