Outstanding customer service! Mark & I went over the scope of work and he was very helpful with my concerns & wants. Was very clear on the methods and installation plan. Great crew, they worked quickly & were well organized. First day they Took off the old shingles and hauled them off. Immediately began to install ice & water barriers so the roof was protected during the night. Other crew members began installing the shingles. Cleaned up ground areas before leaving for the night. Second day full crew was installed the remaining shingles & ridge vents. Mark asked me to come up & inspect the roof with him. Quality installation. Highly recommend Buildit USA. Very competitive rates and no extra costs at end of job. Well done!

Mark does great work. His carpentry skills are excellent Great job for the cost. I do show off the work to family and friends. He was able to do some work around the eaves and eliminated debris and leaves from accumulating. The quality of work, which he warranties, and the customer service I receive far exceeds the cost paid. I strongly recommend Mark as he is a true professional.
