Money is tight for a senior living on a fixed income; so only time will tell if the product (not the service) holds up for the 10 year warranty, and beyond; because I plan on living longer than 10 more years and would like to not have to spend anymore money in my lifetime for a central vac. Other than that, the service was excellent.
