Cleaned up after work was done. Very polite. Rain delayed work for a few days, but very good work ethic. Always called to let me know of delay and reschedule.

Rick was so nice and so knowledgeable. He was fairly priced for what we needed and we will be using him A LOT in the future! Thank you, Rick, for coming out to do a pretty small job.

We hired Rick and Jimmy to complete an unfinished installation of Hardie board siding, to install Hardie board soffets and fascia board, to replace gutters and down spouts and install new gutter screens. They did some structural repairs to weathered framing and replaced the weathered boards on our deck. They also covered our back porch with metal roofing and tied it in with our existing metal roof Built More Homes was the third contractor we worked with on this project, and one of their challenges was to tie up all the loose ends left by previous crews. We needed someone to move our project forward as well as do the finishing touches so that the project looked coherent instead of a mashup by three different companies. Right away they discovered that the previous contractors had neglected to install flashing underneath the Hardie board seams, which would have voided the warranty. They spent hours caulking and painting over exposed nails and trimming around and securing faucets and eletrical boxes. They fabricated metal coverings for our wooden gable vents and the wooden trim around our stonework. We needed a crew that was strong on attention to detail. We have learned the hard way that anyone who will let the small things slide can easily burn you on the bigger things. From the very beginning, Rick and Jimmy kept every single commitment they made to us. They answered every phone call and email promptly. They showed up to work on time, and on some of the coldest days of the year.(They worked even when the daytime temperature was in the teens.) They kept the work site clean as the job progressed and on the last couple of days of the project they even went around the house with a magnet picking up nails left by the previous crews. The quality of their work was excellent, and we're very happy with the way our house looks with it's new exterior. As an added bonus, the final bill was exactly what we expected from the initial bid, even with all the surprises incurred by finishing and repairing someone else's work. Jimmy and Rick are cordial and respectful and we were very comfortable having them in our home. They are very knowledgeable about the work they do and very creative in finding solutions to the problems presented by a 30 year old house. We highly recommend Built More Homes, and we plan to hire them again for future projects.

Personnel seems very experienced and very friendly. Very punctual in returning calls and showing up when promised. Did a good job of replacing a section of the siding on my house. Would definitively hire them again .

Built More did a fantastic job replacing a fiberglass tub with a tile shower. The quality of the work and attention to detail was outstanding. Jim is a true craftsman and a pleasure to work with.

These guys work hard and give fair prices. However, they left our job without giving notice.Later we found out the reason for leaving is because of my payment schedule with them. We could not always meet their payment schedule . This company has been paid in full by me and still had a framing draw available to them if they had finished the job. They were told about this pending draw. Payment schedule was sometimes slow for reasons relating to my bank. Not recommended to build a house.

These professionals did a large deck extension for us. Not only are they experts at what they do, they are great to work with. On time, detailed oriented, and they aim to please the customer. They exceeded our expectations!!!

Asked Jim & Rick to put a 12x32 half roofed (tongue and grove ceiling) roof deck with French door access to bonus room over garage. You would never know it was built after the house. These are artist who happen to be carpenters. We challenged them to put adjustable louvres walls and they look fabulous and very unique.

I am so impressed with the quality of their work. The deck they built for me turned out beautifully. They are so particular with every aspect of the project even to cleaning up after. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again.

I got a quote from Rick at BuiltMore homes to build a deck for us on the front of our home a couple of months ago. He was very reasonable with his estimate and had very good reviews so I agreed. He was very busy at the time and said would be a month or so. He called when ready and I had some financial issues and asked if I could put off construction untill my financial matters cleared. He was very understanding. I called Rick a couple of weeks later with the go ahead and he got started within 2 weeks of my call. Rick and Jim were both very professional and did phenominal work. They cleaned up each day and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. They didn't try to hurry up and finish or cut corners to save on expenses. They finished the deck in a timely manner and it is absolutely beautiful! I also paid them to install a new front door for me which they also did excellent work! I am having them quote another job for me already and I can see my wife and I using them in the future for a couple of other projects. Would dfinately recommend them to anyone who needs a contractor. They do very good work for a very reasonable price. I can tell you that before I hired Rick I got quotes from two other contractors that came in at twice the price for the same deck size and materials and I can't imagine the other companies doing any better work!

I hired Rick and Jim to replace our wood siding with vinyl log siding, they did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the end result!!

Jim & Rick were great people to work with. I would highly recommend them. I had a problem deck and they did a beautiful restoration. I will use them on any other project that fits their skills.

Jim, Rick and Henry are the best. They are professional, hard-working, on-time and always courteous. They did a really beautiful job on my deck and will have them come back in about a year's time to paint. I wouldn't hire anyone else.

It is my pleasure to highly recommend Built More Homes to anyone who is looking for a contractor. I bought a home in Franklin, NC that needed a variety of work and I feel fortunate to have found Rick and Jim on Home Advisor.com. I have worked with contractors in the past and when we met the first time I suggested three phases, each to proceed based upon the last: 1) repair/replace a large deck; 2) repair/replace a smaller deck and add supports for a hot tub; and 3) add insulation and close in the exposed underside of the house. I quickly recognized the quality, value and attention to detail they provided ��� gave up on my phased plan ��� and hired them for additional projects. In addition to the above they replaced a floor and supports for a bathroom, tiled that bathroom, added tongue in groove panels to the overhang and installed a tongue and groove ceiling throughout one level. I asked them to use the scraps of wood from the deck work to build a temporary ramp for the installation of the hot tub and instead they gave me a deck that I am going to keep. The thing that impressed me the most is the attention to detail. I am particular, and unlike many contractors I have used, they both know how something should look in order to be correct ��� and make sure the end product looks like it should. Oversight was not needed and they always cleaned up before asking to be paid. I trusted them to do things right and I was never disappointed as they over-delivered. As I need work done in the future, they will be the first people I call. If you need a contractor, you should serious consider Built More Homes.
