I was very impressed on the timeline from the initial email to the completion the job. I sent an email Thursday morning around 10:00am, before 1:00pm there was a representative at my house with literature and samples. When I arrived home from work on Friday there was a dumpster and materials in the driveway. On Saturday when I cam home the job was completed. Two neighbors made comments to me on how hard and fast this crew worked.

Facing replacing the shingles on my roof was a new adventure for me. Ryan was most helpful in explaining the procedure and followed through on every detail. He is most professional and knowledgeable and the job was performed timely, efficiently and with very minimal inconvenience. The workers were fast and efficient and cleaned up amazingly thorough. The old shingles had to be removed, plywood placed before the new shinlges were installed. It made for a lot of hard work and created a bit of a mess. However my yard, patio and pool area was in perfect condition at the completion of the job. They even crawled under the bushes to gather and remove any fallen material. The support from Elisa was professional and timely when questions arose. Only minutes passed before a call or email was returned with answers to my inquiries.

I found this company through Angieâ s list. They came highly rated, and they didnâ t let me down! I had an odd roof situation, with which Ryan, my main contact, helped me right out with a solution. The communication was excellent, and the time schedule proposed was right on point. We are VERY satisfied with the work done. We are also very satisfied with the work crew that came to the house. These men were friendly and quite accommodating. Great Communication with Ryan and Elisa. Work crew were all courteous and hard working. They were extra carefull in guarding against any damage to the property. Elisa was always available for help and to answer questions. I am pleased with the work at this point.

Very professional and responsive

Ryan Anderson was a smooth talker. Talked me into signing a contract and taking out a loan through him. When I wanted to cancel the contract because he didnt honor the contract, which stated price match guarantee it went downhill from there. He tried to get me to pay a $3000 cancellation fee which was ridiculous. He also took money out on the loan and did not return the money (which I finally got resolved thru the loan company). He refused to answer any of the attempts made by the loan company or my lawyer. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They came when they said they would (weather permitting). People were pleasant.

Joe Liptak made the entire experience a pleasure. He delivered on time and on budget and stayed on top of his guys every step of the way.

We had two roofs installed by this company and both were done with expert workmanship and quality people. Joe worked very hard in his communication with our insurance company. Promise dates to get the job done were a little off, but well worth the wait.
