About us
I’m Tim, owner of Built Right Homes and a Tennessee licensed General Contractor. I specialize in roofing done the right way, with direct oversight from start to finish. Unlike many companies that operate as sales organizations and subcontract the work, I stay involved on every project to ensure proper installation, ventilation, decking, and overall system performance. Every roof is treated as a full system, not just shingles. I take a straightforward approach—no pressure, no upselling. If your roof doesn’t need replacing, I’ll tell you. If it does, I’ll walk you through your options and make sure it’s built to last. We offer free inspections, clear pricing, a 1-year price match guarantee, and a 10-year workmanship warranty. My goal is simple: do the job right, be easy to work with, and stand behind everything we install.
