Bobby Cancelled the contract after signing claiming he was too sick to do the work but then declined to help us find a replacement and would not put us in touch with the subcontractor who had already started the work. He was very slow or unresponsive to phone calls, texts, and messages. He really left us in the lurch.

Robert and his employees are very friendly and professional. We hired them for built in bookshelves. Built Rite Builders did a great job. The bookshelves are just what we were looking for. Robert kept us in the loop as he drew up the design, and as he began installation to ensure we were happy with the process. We've hired him again for other projects around the house.

Robert called me the first day I put in a request. He came by and gave an estimate and we hired him the next week to put in our kitchen back splash. It looks fabulous and it was done in two days. The pricing was even below what we expected. He is the owner, so we dealt with him personally. No layers of people to go through. Professional on all levels from conversation, budget, time, craftsmanship. Starting my list of other projects around the house for him to do!
