Jim Shaheen of Built to Last Masnry was the most comprehensive of the contractors I had quote on the job. He thoroughly assessed the front stair damage, provided a clear description of options, and made the most comprehensive and appropriate recommendation for repairs. He arrived when promised and did a beautiful job removing and rebuilding the bricks, and repointing those areas with less severe damage. I would recommend him for any masonry work.

Jim Sheehan/Built to Last gave me a call within 30 minutes of my submission to ServiceMagic. He was very polite and professional on the phone and had offered to come to my home the same night as he knew I was looking to have the fireplace refaced as soon as possible. That Friday, Jim was at the house working on the fireplace and had it completed by the time I returned from my weekend on Sunday night. I am extremely satisfied with the work he has done and I would recommend Built to Last to anyone looking to have any stone work done at their home, job-site, or place of business.
