The cement work is very nice, but these guys are terrible at communicating, and they still have not done the expansion cuts, weeks later. If you want a good product and do not mind not knowing who is going to be doing what and when, then this company is for you.

Responsive, professional, and organized. Jose and his team dug up a section of my concrete pool deck, repaired a leaky pipe, refilled it and textured it, and then painted the whole deck. Very pleased overall.

Jose Rodriguez and his crew were delightful. They were here on time each day as promised, answered all of our questions, were friendly, polite and courteous, and left their work area neat and clean at the end of each workday. Jose was also very responsive to texts and phone calls. He managed our expectations perfectly from the estimating phase through project completion. The result was a successful project from which everyone walked away happy. Built to Code and Beyond is the company we would definitely call if we need further concrete work in the future.

Excellent service and excellent price.

After I put my deposit down, he suddenly became very hard to get ahold of. He finally did show up and do some work for me, and thought it was completed when there was still quite a bit of grading to do. I held the rest of his payment until he completed it, but he wasn't too thrilled with that.
