We would not hire, nor recommend this general contractor to anyone. We had a contracted amount, date, and time frame for work to be finished. All three went down the drain with really no excuse. As for the work, make sure that you pay attention to all the materials being used. If you can, purchase them yourself. Also, make sure they don't cut corners. Ultimately, the job was done right. Took longer than contracted, because items needed to redone several times to get it right. Pay attention to the estimate, ask for material cost to be separate from labor, and the hourly rate for each task. During the job we had a 2nd contractor advise on work

After loosing our home due to fire we thought that we will never be able to build it again. But the Bull Dog Construction not only rebuilt our house they did a marvelous job. Shawn did everything to make us feel comfortable with the job. We were not on site so he emailed us pictures of what was going on and made sure he communicated with us about everything. We are planning additional work and will definitely hire Bull Dog construction again!

Shawn's estimate was about half of what the other contractor quoted us, and he did a great, timely, professional job. He even drove to Winchester to pick up a replacement part on the morning of the repair. He cleaned up afterward and was pleasant to work with.
