Devin was very persistent on getting the job (deck replacement). I got 3 quotes. Not only did his quote come in 2,000 under the other quotes but his quote included building a entirely new frame not just replacing the old deck boards with new composite. He also finished the job about $200 under his estimated quote. I told Devine what kind of deck boards and railings I wanted at lowes. His first day on the job he went to Lowe's and picked out the lumber he needed for the new frame and looked at the rails and boards I wanted. He gave me a call and said he didn't like the quality of the boards and railings. He mentioned another store that had a a higher quality product for the same price. He gave me all the receipts for products that were bought. He finished the project in only 4 days. The last day was raining, I wasn't expecting him to show up but sure enough he was out there in the rain finishing the stairs!! He did a great job and finished under budget!
