Daryl Scott of ������������Bullfrog������������ responded very quickly to my estimate request. He gave me a very fair price and began work on my ceiling repair shortly after. He and his assistant were very professional and friendly. Daryl listened and addressed all the issues. He did a fantastic job on repairing the ceiling and the cleanup. The project was completed when promised and I would strongly recommend his work to anyone in need.

Was quick to respond, came on time and finished the job on time as promised. He was knowledgeable of what caused our problem. Quality was good and value very reasonable.

Responded to my request for estimate very quickly.Gave me an honest price. Daryl was very clear about what needed to be repaired. Started the job the next and was very punctual. When running a little late he CALLED me before his expected arrival time to let me know he was running a little late. This was good. The quality of the repair was perfect. They were on time, I've had other professionals and they rise above the rest. They cleaned up after themselves and for drywall work and they did a great prep work to keep from getting drywall everywhere.

I am very pleased with the work these guys did for a small drywall job in my family room. During our initial meeting, Daryl was very thorough in describing and documenting everything he would do as part of his estimate. I found his quote to be a fair price. They completed the work professionally and on schedule.

This was considered a small project 2 to 2.5 days by Bullfrog. Yet it went two weeks. I expected they would be at my home on time, which they were not most of the time. They offerd no apology but excuses. They ordered twice as much wallboard which they never needed or used. There was no offer to buy back the unnecessary materials or lower the original estimate. I expect in the future when someone says 2 to 2.5 days that implies they are working in my home 8 hours /day. They were personable and easily liked. However my recommendation is they improve on their communications skill and this will then improve on theri work commitments.
