Hands down the best customer service I have ever received by a pool company. Jonathan came to inspect my pool heat pump and what it would take to install the pump. Went over every option possible to save me money on the install. Catalina Pool service did excellent work and I would definitely hire them again. Highly recommended!

Jonathon is a great pro and very responsive to questions. We needed maintenance and some equipment upgrades and Catalina was the most cost-effective and with the best service. Very happy with them.

My heater wasn't working i had another pool company come out to look at it and they told me it needed to be replaced. Jonathon came out and was able to fix the problem no parts were needed just needed to be cleaned out.

Run away NOW! Hired these guys from Home Advisor to install a new heater last year, for a home that I just purchased (old one was shot). Like several of the other replies, it was like pulling teeth to get a message returned, and service completed. I hired my regular pool service to come by and look at the mess RJ made and $1145 later, got the heater working properly. It was not grounded, had several gas leaks, was not set up to communicate with my Tandy box, and the PDA he sold me had the wrong circuit card installed. Bottom line is that he didn't know what he was doing. I filed a BBB complaint whereas Mr Cooper stated that he had terminated this employee and would refund the money. He has refused my certified mail, has not refunded anything, and as far as I know, still has RJ on staff (but I do not know). I will file another BBB complaint for principle. Stay away. There are much better companies out there.

Fixed the coping on my pool.

We hired RJ to install a new pool heater and then to come twice a month for cleaning....His phone mailbox was full the whole job so we could not leqave a message that waym and he did not respond to emails either---finally showed up to install the heater one day and then we could not get him by email or phone after that---never did get the paperwork I requested (warranty info and the like) and they never showed to clean the pool. Oh, and we now have a pool leak---not sure if they caused that or not, Not at all recommended.

Worked with RJ to install a replacement heater purchased on the net. Lots of pool shops will not install heater if not purchased from them. RJ was glad to help and charged me a very reasonable fee to install the heater. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive to my calls and questions. Thanks again RJ. They will be helping me with other pool upgrades very soon.

The guy the came out was very informative even offered to teach me how to maintain my pool. Prices are the best look forward to having them maintain my pool for a very very long time
