Doug McClure and Jorge should get a PhD in interpersonnel relations; they and their crew were extremely helpful and friendly in explaining every step they were performing. They worked all day December 23 and into the afternoon of the 24th so we could have hot water over the holidays. They even improvised a workaround to accommodate my request to reroute a vent line! I am a retired mechanical engineer and really appreciate good craftsmanship; in my opinion these gentlemen are truly fine craftsmen. If I could I would give them 6 stars.

Doug was actually early to the appointment. He was efficient with quality work. In a matter of 5 hours Doug arrived, diagnosed the problem, gave a quote, got the parts needed and installed the water heater at a very good value. We were very impressed with Doug and his customer service.
