Michael Hengerer was the technician from Bulwark Exterminating that did my initial pest control service. I was so impressed with his knowledge, attitude and professionalism that I intend to ask that he be my regular rep. It was a pleasure dealing with him and he did a lot of things my previous pest control company did not do and, because of that, I have high hopes that I'll enjoy having Bulwark as my pest control company.

He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We were having an issue with tiny ants coming into our kitchen from the patio door and around our garage door. Michael Hengerer came out and gave us an education about ants and how they work and set up bait traps and other things to get rid of them for us. He was very professional, friendly and informative. We were very pleased with his service.

Hugh does a great job servicing our home, and we couldn’t be happier with his service. He’s always reliable and thorough. We truly appreciate the excellent job he does every visit.

LaVon Avery came out to take care of a pretty bad yellow jacket and wasp problem we had around the house, and he did a great job. He showed up on time, was friendly, and got right to work. He explained what he was doing and made sure everything was taken care of before he left. It’s nice to have someone who knows what they’re doing and doesn’t try to rush through the job. I’m always glad to see Hugh Mclellan. He does an amazing job keeping the insects in check. He’s very friendly and conversational while on the job. He is top notch as far as I am concerned.

He truly went above and beyond to not only address the issue we knew about but also discovering and addressing a new issue. He was also very kind and considerate. All of my kids were napping when he came and he was sure to be quiet so he didn’t wake them. I highly recommend!
