Bulwark Exterminating, LLC

Hi this is my first ever review. I have used Bulwark for several years and I was lucky enough to have Eric Burgin as my first technician to treat my house. He does everything right. He lets me know when he is on the way and when he arrives. I can depend on him to do what is needed. When I find a problem like ants inside, he listens and fixes it. He has let me know a few times about issues he found that I had not even noticed yet. I recently ask Bulwark that they only send Eric to my house. That is how much I appreciate him being my technician!!

My pro was pleasant and took care when working in and out of my home. He was really professional and looked the part! I would like to use him going forward. Super nice.

Here’s a concise review you can post: Michael White did an excellent job treating the sweet ants in my pantry. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to educate me about the cause of the problem and how to prevent it in the future. thanks Michael for answering all my questions.

Mark Williamson works for Bulwark Exterminating and was assigned as our technician for outside pest control of our residence. He has serviced our residence numerous times and is always very professional and thorough in performing our service. I am always pleased when he services our home. Terrail Simpson did an exceptional job ! From his work ethic to his , above and beyond , customer friendly attitude he met and exceeded our expectations . He took the time to explain the scheduled treatment and even helped with insuring our pets safety by helping us move our dogs kennel to a safe location.

The company changed the arrival window and failed to inform me, so I waited four and a half hours for a supposed three-hour window. The technician arrived 30 minutes later than the end time of the new window. The tech, Charles, was great, but I'm not thrilled with the company's customer service.

Having problems with ants in my kitchen. Joshua Tamarit came out the same day and set a trap. He is very friendly and professional, answering any questions. Does a wonderful job!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but Antoine with Bulwark Exterminating absolutely deserves the recognition! He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly how he was going to treat the yellow jackets in our backyard before he started. After the treatment, he explained everything he had done and answered all of my questions. His communication, professionalism, and excellent customer service made the entire experience a positive one. I really appreciate the care he took and would highly recommend him!
