Terrail Simpson did an exceptional job ! From his work ethic to his , above and beyond , customer friendly attitude he met and exceeded our expectations . He took the time to explain the scheduled treatment and even helped with insuring our pets safety by helping us move our dogs kennel to a safe location.

The company changed the arrival window and failed to inform me, so I waited four and a half hours for a supposed three-hour window. The technician arrived 30 minutes later than the end time of the new window. The tech, Charles, was great, but I'm not thrilled with the company's customer service.

Having problems with ants in my kitchen. Joshua Tamarit came out the same day and set a trap. He is very friendly and professional, answering any questions. Does a wonderful job!

He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly how he was going to treat the yellow jackets in our backyard before he started. After the treatment, he explained everything he had done and answered all of my questions. His communication, professionalism, and excellent customer service made the entire experience a positive one. I really appreciate the care he took and would highly recommend him!

I use Bulwark for both my pest and termite control. They do a great job and their staff is efficient and customer focused.

Great customer service. Easy to sign up and get started. The team comes out quarterly and as needed. This week I requested an as needed appointment for ants and wasps. They had someone here right away. Donald Dioguardo was early and communicated his availability to start earlier than scheduled. He was thorough and checked areas that I forgot to list on my request. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. No issues was service and no damage to areas serviced. I felt confident and able to enjoy being outside without ants or wasps interrupting the day.

Mark is always on time and lets us know when he is 20-30 minutes away. We had a specific question about a particular type of flying pest and he knew exactly what it was and how to treat it. He's friendly, courteous and professional.

Matt did an excellent job. He was thorough and professional, even with our dogs. He knows what he is doing!

We have had Bulwark for almost 3 years. Techs have always been friendly. We had Antoine at least a few times lately, including once when we had to ask for a special treatment inside for first time. Very friendly and knowledgable. Fixed our problem. Also very good with 2 year old “pests” obsessed with trucks. Ha!

Charles Purvis arrived on time after he informed me he was on his way. He was polite and informative and introduced himself. He informed me about the warm season and the need for a heavier application, he told me not to let our pet outside for at least 30 min after application. Charles was efficient, thorough and professional. We've had Bulwark attend to our pest control for about 15 years and we're pleased with the results.

Mark with Bulwark was very thorough, completing preventative treatment as well as regular treatment. He was punctual and let us know what step of treatment he was on so we knew exactly what was going on. Highly recommend!
