I use Bulwark for both my pest and termite control. They do a great job and their staff is efficient and customer focused.

Great customer service. Easy to sign up and get started. The team comes out quarterly and as needed. This week I requested an as needed appointment for ants and wasps. They had someone here right away. Donald Dioguardo was early and communicated his availability to start earlier than scheduled. He was thorough and checked areas that I forgot to list on my request. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. No issues was service and no damage to areas serviced. I felt confident and able to enjoy being outside without ants or wasps interrupting the day.

Mark is always on time and lets us know when he is 20-30 minutes away. We had a specific question about a particular type of flying pest and he knew exactly what it was and how to treat it. He's friendly, courteous and professional.

Matt did an excellent job. He was thorough and professional, even with our dogs. He knows what he is doing!

We have had Bulwark for almost 3 years. Techs have always been friendly. We had Antoine at least a few times lately, including once when we had to ask for a special treatment inside for first time. Very friendly and knowledgable. Fixed our problem. Also very good with 2 year old “pests” obsessed with trucks. Ha!

Charles Purvis arrived on time after he informed me he was on his way. He was polite and informative and introduced himself. He informed me about the warm season and the need for a heavier application, he told me not to let our pet outside for at least 30 min after application. Charles was efficient, thorough and professional. We've had Bulwark attend to our pest control for about 15 years and we're pleased with the results.

Terrail did a thorough job not only just completing our routine service, but also brought to my attention things he observed about pests around the house including spraying an ant mount at the bottom of our porch steps. He was very kind and professional.

Terrail Simpson was very pleasant and helpful. He answered questions about bees that were building nest in the wood ceiling of my porch and making holes between the brick pillars. He gave me a humane suggestions on how stop the bees from making holes without killing them. Thank you Terrail
