Donald D is truly an all-star! He takes his time, never rushes, and always makes sure I’m completely taken care of. He is top-notch at what he does and always shows up with a smile. One thing I really appreciate is how thorough he is. He always uses his brush with Tempo dust, even when there aren’t any spiders webs, because he goes the extra mile to keep my home protected. He applies enough spray to give me confidence that my home will stay bug-free, and he also makes sure there is plenty of granulation for added protection. Donald also respects my property, which means a lot to me. He knows how much I love my flower beds and is careful not to drag his hose through them. Instead, he uses access points like the light post or trees. He doesn’t take shortcuts, and he doesn’t rush through the job. He takes the time to do things right and makes sure I feel well taken care of every visit. And I know I’m not the only one who feels this way! Donald D you’re an all-star! Thank you.

Eric Burgin does a great job protecting my townhouse from bugs. He always sends a text when he is on his way and treats the entire outside of my home, including clearing any bee's nests or spider webs. Absolutely no complaints!

Donald our service pro is absolutely amazing!!! He ensures his work speaks for itself and we can tell the difference by the outcome. We have dealt with springtails for a few months now, and the are finally starting to dies down. If you research springtails they are so hard to get rid of and they are extremely tiny pest. Donald even takes his time to get down spiders webs, which no other service pro that has came out has done that. In addition, we thought of leaving the company because we found more reasonable prices for the same incentives with more to offer and we only stayed because of Donald. We appreciate you as always and I hope anyone in leadership reading this gives him a raise because he saved a customer for sure. Thank you Donald for all you do. Cheers!!

Hi this is my first ever review. I have used Bulwark for several years and I was lucky enough to have Eric Burgin as my first technician to treat my house. He does everything right. He lets me know when he is on the way and when he arrives. I can depend on him to do what is needed. When I find a problem like ants inside, he listens and fixes it. He has let me know a few times about issues he found that I had not even noticed yet. I recently ask Bulwark that they only send Eric to my house. That is how much I appreciate him being my technician!!
