Service Tec Freeman Johnsonwas excellent and took the time to understnad mu issues and adress them with time patience and understnading and took care of all mu needs and answered all my question I had. Very professional nothing short of processional. This is why I stay with Bulwark for over 3 years and still going strong.

We just had our initial spray for pest, Maximo (Max) Zapata was our tech. He did a great job and was very thorough in making sure that he got every nook and cranny to make sure me and my family are protected. He also did a great job explaining everything that he was doing before he did it and gave me a full run down once he completed the service. I would recommend this company simply from this technician alone.

We had an issue where ants made their way into our home predominantly all around our stove top area. We didn’t have this issue in over a year but when we called bulwark’s pest control they were able to get us a member withing 48 hours. Max Zapata was our technician and was great. Very interpersonal, asked me my concerns, and then explained what he would be doing to address the issue. After addressing the inside he ensured the outside was also taken care of as well. Finally, before leaving he informed me if any issues should arise to reach out and he would be back. Members like him is what keeps me confident that this company values their customers and their needs.

Maximo was great, he thoroughly answered all my questions regarding my pest treatment and the treatment he provided. Bulwark always provides my home with quality treatments.

William Stanford got here on schedule and did a professional job. Checked all surrounding areas. I recommend him and his company for pest control!

Jessie (New Braunfels) did a great job. I was seeing some ants, and he put up a fire wall for my yard. He even brought my trash bin from the street to my house. Very kind!

Tom Davis did a fantastic job. He did more than just spray for the ants inside my house. He took care of the problem outside of my house. He walked the perimeter of my house and the parameter of my proper spraying. Would definitely request him again.

Saryn G. did a great job, addressed all of our concerns and went above and beyond to get all the wasps nests that we had. Also took care in our house to avoid areas that our son and dogs could get to. Thanks a bunch!

Our technician, Samuel Ramirez, Was a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable guy. He did an excellent job around the outside of our house and was able to explain all of it to me.

We all look forward to her visit...that in itself is nothing like any other bug company I have used! I contacted Bulwark for pest control services. From the first call up until service was done for us the customer service was absolutely amazing! They explained their services in detail and were patient with me when I had questions. Jessie was our service provider, and we loved him! He was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. He took care of our home inside and out. We are extremely pleased and feel confident in the services provided. As a first time customer, I was highly impressed with Jessie and Bulwark!

Antonio Roth was punctual, courteous and communicative. He treated our yard and house and then proactively noticed a large wasp nest that was mostly hidden from sight on our upstairs terrace, so he treated that as well. We felt confident with his skills.
