My pest control technician Jaylen Propst was very polite, very professional, and his smile is contagious. 😊 Jaylen made sure my concerns were addressed without rushing. He identified my tiny ant infestation and did an outstanding job explaining about and treating the problem. I would highly recommend him as your service technician.

Craig Jelks did a great job spraying my home. He listened carefully to my concerns and took the time to address them. He also let me know that I could call anytime if I noticed any wasps around my home. I really appreciate his professionalism, excellent customer service, and willingness to help. Highly recommend!

We have used Bulwark for many years and we also have very professional guys coming to our home. Today we had Jaylen Propst and he was great. We told him where we had a couple of ant piles and he rang the bell when he was done and went with my husband to find the exact place. He was efficient and we are pleased with his service.

Our pro Jaylen Probst serviced our home today including the garage and exterior. He was very professional when he knocked on the door when he arrived. Not ringing the bell is appreciated as we both work from home. My wife directed him to a problem on the back porch that he addressed and I didn't know about. When he was leaving, he told me I should close the garage doors since they were open and talked about what work he had done. All-in-all a very professional technician with a great attitude and customer service.
