One of my rental homes is next to a house filled with rats. Itâ s a 3 bedroom home but there are probably 13 or 14 people living there. They also have geese and dogs in their backyard and animalâ s food strewn all over the yard. The neighborhood is overrun with vermin because of them. I had gotten the house exterminated several times but the rats always come back. The Bulwark convinced us to go to monthly treatment and it was worth itâ no rats since. They follow up with me the day before the appointment to confirm the window of service, text me when the tech is on the way and then text me with pictures when they are done. My tech today, Laith, was wonderful, and refilled the empty baits (which confirms that while the rats are no longer in my tenantâ s home, they are one skipped visit away from returning). It sucks that I will likely have to pay for this service as long as we own the home, but itâ s awesome that bulwark Exterminating is an actual bulwark to an infestation of rodents. Definitely worth the expense. I highly recommend the tech and company.
