Jaylen Propst provided exceptional service! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous throughout the entire pest control service. He took the time to address my concerns about bugs and insects, explained what he was doing, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. His attention to detail and commitment to providing great customer service really stood out. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is not only great at what they do but also professional, respectful, and dependable. The tech was very knowledgeable about the services he was providing. He introduced himself and made it known he was going to begin his services. He gave additional information about the company’s policies and that if any additional insects appear they will come back for additional treatment. After completion of the services, he announced his leave and was very pleasant to interact with.

Azereel was right on time. He communicated very clearly what he intended to do and then asked if I had any questions or other requests. He took care of my yard and house very quickly and thoroughly and checked back in afterwards to give me some feedback on what he'd found. He was very professional and polite which is very rare in the service industry these days. He was very impressive.

David Taylor arrived professional and listened to the issues I was having at the house with bugs. He tailored the house treatment to the issues we were having. Thanks David!

Currently, I am using Bulwark Exterminating services for my yard. I have the Flea service, the Fireguard and rodent services. They are working with me to treat my yard and get it on a program. 2 days ago I had my yard retreated for fleas and the company was easy to work with and quick getting me scheduled. Antonio Owens was the technician. I explained what needed and he was on it and did a complete job and I would recommend him.
